We had a fabulous stay! It was such a great location to everything - the beach, the grocery and the taco stand! So much fun! Great house - clean, sunny and spacious. . . and great host who made sure to check in that we were enjoying the stay !!! And the parking was so great to have!!!

This trip exceeded my expectations. The location was PERFECT. It was so convenient for everyone. The house & the layout was perfect for us. We found our new favorite bar, “The Good Bar,” within walking distance. The neighborhood is the usual busy during the day, but the corner location & the big driveway accommodated everyone. It was nice & quiet at night. We will return & considering holidays in the area. Perfect getaway for us. The kitchen was so well stocked. I usually Bring everything, but my kitchen sink, but here I won’t need to. I love to cook while on vacation.

This property has a great location, great amenities, and amazing owners. Adam was available for help, restocks, or recommendations! The off street parking made our life so much easier, although 4th street is busy to back on to. The yard was really nice and secluded, and the front porch is perfect for breakfast. The location is prime for access anywhere. We will be back!!

What a charming delightful bungalow this is! Location is central to everything. Light & bright airy space. Ample parking. Just perfect & safe for pets with wonderfully fenced yard areas. Stocked with everything you need. Great communication with property owner. Our Long Beach getaway for sure!

We are a big fan of this home. The large open floor plan allowed our family to all be together. The home had everything we needed! The front yard is beautiful with a nice big porch to enjoy your drink of choice. The location is great and there are so many wonderful small businesses within walking distance. Adam was very attentive and answered any questions I had leading up to our stay and during. We will be back :)

We had (3) couples gather for the Long Beach Grand Prix and this house was perfect for us. It was very clean and the Host, Adam, was very communicative and had great ideas for meals close to the house. This house was an easy Uber to downtown Long Beach for the races.

We stayed here while attending a convention and it was an easy drive just 10 minutes from the Long Beach Arena. Very clean, updated home. Felt very safe. We liked the food across the street as well as the Breakfast Bar a block away. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Like others have said, it is on a busy road. Maybe earplugs or white noise at night if you’re a light sleeper. But I’d stay here again. Thank you Adam for a great stay!

This house was great for us and our adult children to go to CaliVibes. House has everything you need and is in a great location. Need outdoor space and plenty of room inside to relaxed and hang out. Kitchen is rocked well too! We will be back!

House was fantastic. Close to everything. As much room as advertised and everything worked. Landlord Adam checked in with us more than once to make sure our stay was going well. Definitely a house worth returning to in Long Beach.

Adam, the P/O, is amazing. His communication and willingness to go above & beyond to make our stay amazing has been one of the highlights of the many times I have used a short-term rental. The home was as listed and was more than what we anticipated - it worked well for our family of 6 and was a 1 mile walk to the beach with tons of resources for us within walking distance (restaurants, full grocery store, etc). We will definitely be back and stay here again because of the property and mainly because of the owner.

Me and my girlfriend and our friends had such a great time here. There was a slight issue with receiving a text from Vrbo, but the Host was being very communicative with me and check in was easy. Many convenient locations by the area as well especially the taco spot literally 30 second walk from us. 10/10! Will probably be coming back again in the future.

Me and my girlfriend and our friends had such a great time here. There was a slight issue with receiving a text from Vrbo, but the Host was being very communicative with me and check in was easy. Many convenient locations by the area as well especially the taco spot literally 30 second walk from us. 10/10! Will probably be coming back again in the future.

This property has a great location, great amenities, and amazing owners. Adam was available for help, restocks, or recommendations! The off street parking made our life so much easier, although 4th street is busy to back on to. The yard was really nice and secluded, and the front porch is perfect for breakfast. The location is prime for access anywhere. We will be back!!

What a fantastic location that was near everything. The home was super clean and it had a wonderful patio with lights for us to enjoy. Adam was very attentive and replied immediately to any question we had. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here while attending a convention and it was an easy drive just 10 minutes from the Long Beach Arena. Very clean, updated home. Felt very safe. We liked the food across the street as well as the Breakfast Bar a block away. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Like others have said, it is on a busy road. Maybe earplugs or white noise at night if you’re a light sleeper. But I’d stay here again. Thank you Adam for a great stay!

This place was clean, comfy and was located in walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The host was GREAT!! He took care of everything we needed. It was truly our 🏡 away from home. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks again for your Hospitality!

We had a fabulous stay! It was such a great location to everything - the beach, the grocery and the taco stand! So much fun! Great house - clean, sunny and spacious. . . and great host who made sure to check in that we were enjoying the stay !!! And the parking was so great to have!!!

This trip exceeded my expectations. The location was PERFECT. It was so convenient for everyone. The house & the layout was perfect for us. We found our new favorite bar, “The Good Bar,” within walking distance. The neighborhood is the usual busy during the day, but the corner location & the big driveway accommodated everyone. It was nice & quiet at night. We will return & considering holidays in the area. Perfect getaway for us. The kitchen was so well stocked. I usually Bring everything, but my kitchen sink, but here I won’t need to. I love to cook while on vacation.

This was a perfect house for our family to stay while visiting with other family in Long Beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick breakfasts and lunch, and the set up was perfect for adults and children to have time together but also have their own space. The hosts were clear in their communication, and the check-in and check-out processes were clear and easy.

We had (3) couples gather for the Long Beach Grand Prix and this house was perfect for us. It was very clean and the Host, Adam, was very communicative and had great ideas for meals close to the house. This house was an easy Uber to downtown Long Beach for the races.

This house was great for us and our adult children to go to CaliVibes. House has everything you need and is in a great location. Need outdoor space and plenty of room inside to relaxed and hang out. Kitchen is rocked well too! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home! It was clean, modern, and beautiful. Plus, it was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners were very gracious and attentive. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to Long Beach!

A perfect spot close by to many beaches and restaurants. Went for the long beach grand prix and easy to get an uber to take and drop off from the house. A pretty front and back yard, enjoyed grilling some food and had plenty of dishes to use for food storage. Overall a clean and private space for a stay, also very roomy if you’re traveling with 5-6 people. would highly recommend if your looking to stay close to beaches and drive wasn’t too far from disneyland also.

We enjoyed this property very much. The location is excellent, with many independently owned shops and restaurants nearby. It is on a busy street so be aware of that. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Communication was great and the owner is very responsive. The house could use some new furniture but everything was comfortable and met our needs. We would stay here again.

House was fantastic. Close to everything. As much room as advertised and everything worked. Landlord Adam checked in with us more than once to make sure our stay was going well. Definitely a house worth returning to in Long Beach.
