Casa Madera Parque Lleras by HOUSY HOST

OK I have seen some of the negative reviews, and I want to offer some clarity. Fact: This is a fantastic place if you are coming to party in a great location with your friends. It cannot be beat. The staff is helpful with absolutely everything, arranging transportation, tours, everything. The place has several common areas, including a balcony where you can chill with your friends and pre-game and post-game the evening. However, this is not a luxury spot, and outside the clubs are noisy AF. So if you want quiet/luxury this place is not for you. It is definitely "lived in", there is wear and tear in the place. But they leave you alone and let you have a good time and relax if that is your thing. If you want a 5 star hotel go somewhere else.

Great location and service. Felt safe with security. Cleaning lady was friendly, came in a little early but still very good.Improvements: More plates and dishware. 5 dinner plates is not sufficent for a 7 bedroom house. The silverware was cheap and needs upgrades.The pots and pans need replacement. Some of the pots were old and had metal flaking off them. More toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins would have been helpful.Wish we knew we could have done laundry prior to last day. Overall happy with experience.
