Great place , new owners and hidden behind all the hustle and bustle . About 10 mins to the mall and Gas ! One great things is they have appliances to borrow to cook your meals . Great idea !! One thing there is a recliner for your comfort in the room it's way too big doesn't give you ample space on the other side of the bed . Overall great place . Will visit there other hotel !! Thank you

The $5 parking fee is an annoyance. The lobby doors were hard to open and made it feel like this couldn’t be the main entrance. But it was. The host seemed very stressed out. There were lots of people waiting in the lobby. The room was set to 60 degrees—way too cold. In short, it’s not been great.

While the staff was friendly, and the hotel was fairly clean, there were issues with plumbing in the room. There were also issues with the keys to our room and the doors leading to the outdoors. You really had to put some hip into it to get it open when you needed to get inside after using your key. After 15 minutes or so of receiving a key, your key is no longer valid enter the room. Orange juice that we got from the snack shop was outdated and sour/spoiled.

It is a very pet friendly hotel with a bowl of water by the door and dog biscuits. There are areas throughout the hotel for the pets. Just around the corner at the end of the road there is also a hiking path you can walk the dog. Staff is really friendly and very kind towards the pets.

They nickel and dime you for everything. Parking, pet fee, early arrival (even by 1 hour). Because of all the fees, you may as well stay at a much better hotel. The hallway and room had a bad odor and you keep your socks on to avoid the carpet. Take my advice and don’t find out the hard way.

Price was competitive. Area was safe and quiet. Property seemed poorly managed based on several observations: Outlet not working in bathroom; GFCI wouldn't reset. No liquid bath soap in shower; empty slot where bottle should have been. No desk chair; the only chair in the room was a reclining easy chair which was comfortable but useless for the desk.The front desk guy promised to have a desk chair brought to the room, but that never happened. Very little silverware or dishes. The couple of plates and bowls that were there were not microwave rated, and got very hot. Not enough hangers in the closet. Precor exercise bicycle made strange noise; front desk guy said he would have maintenance man check it out. No change 3 days later. Several washing machines were out of order, including the only front loading model. Floors in Kitchen and bathroom areas felt slippery; perhaps they weren't rinsed properly after cleaning? Refrigerator door handle was missing. Bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. Dirty window curtain with unraveled hem. WiFi was inconsistent, sometimes didn't work at all. My wife wasn’t able to get her phone to access it at all. When I checked out the guy at the desk told me that since I had booked through Expedia my invoice would come from them. Expedia said that the hotel was supposed to provide it. A fellow guest asked for a change in the credit card used at beginning and end of her stay. They charged the original card on file anyway.

The rooms were very nice. A few things were annoying, like the elevator was broken for one night (not complaining, got it fixed fast), they didn’t clean the room when we left, and there was no netflix on the tvs. But overall, loved everything that was in the room like the fridge, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was big, clean, and organized.

Biggest issue was the dirtiness in the details. Bed was okay but floor and walls needed to be cleaned. Bathroom drain was weirdly damaged. Carpet had bad smell. Bedding was clean. A/C worked. I like having a full kitchen but with how dirty it was, I didn't spend much time in the room.

I have never had the need to write a negative review for any of the hotel stays I’ve had in 30 years - I felt I needed to warn anyone looking for a comfortable night to not book this hotel. We were given room 135, a one bedroom suite. The smell was gross, there was a layer of dust/grime on everything in the room. The furniture was worn down, the bathroom was gross. Just trust me - don’t do it.

Used plungers left in the hallway. Had to call twice for extra sheets for the sofa bed but had to go to the front desk and get them myself. I don't have pets so that was of no interest to me. The hallway and elevator were not clean. The place had a very rundown look and feel about it. While there was a kitchen area there was only one chair so the two of us could not sit at the same time. There was no lounge chair just one office chair. Only three hangers in the closet. The coffee pot was dirty, so I had to clean it before I made coffee. There was only three pillows on the bed, so I had to call down for another one.

It was a DUMP with a big letter D. The moment you walked in you knew it was a dump. The carpets haven't been cleaned in what looks like years. The rooms were just as bad. The kitchenette had not been cleaned and crumbs in the shelves. I felt uncomfortable to stay there as well as for my safety. There were police doing a raid or similar in the very next door. I also believe that illegal immigrants were staying there. There was nothing nice I can say

The room was dirty and had a strong mildew odor. There was a pool of water in the dishwasher. The door was broken and would not close or open without extra force. I’ve never seen to many bugs in any hotel I’ve stayed in. A ton of lady bugs (super weird to me) and stink bugs. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and switched our room. The new room smelled bad as well but with a smell I couldn’t identify. The room was cleaner. Still had bugs.

I had an amazing time at this location! From the moment I checked in, greeted by staff. He was very helpful and gave me the rihht information to help ease my mind with questions. The room I had was very spacious! I mean I almost felt like I was in a condo or apartment, office desk with a chair to help with any business tasks you have. Full size FRIDGE! I REPEAT FULL SIZE FRIDGE! I could go to walmart and stock up enough to last me a month if i wanted to. The ehole latout was AMAZING! All in all i will most likely book this place whenever I visit! 5 out of 5

The bed was comfortable and clean. There was a full kitchen which was nice. However the bathroom sink had a large crack running right into the bottom which was filled with some kind of sealant. Every time you got up from the toilet the whole seat vibrated like it would fall off. As I stated the bed was clean and comfortable. The only other thing was that the recleaner was put right to the bed so it would be hard to get into the bed on that side. We moved it and wondered why. Plug did not work on one side of the bed.

A few things were annoying, like the elevator was broken for one night (not complaining, got it fixed fast), they didn’t clean the room when we left, and there was no netflix on the tvs. But overall, loved everything that was in the room like the fridge, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was big, clean, and organized.

Had a horrible experience at this hotel...I should've known better to go back there after my last not having toilet paper in the entire hotel smh. This i had to switch to 4 different rooms for my 2 night stay because the TV did not work...Front desk stated that the cable was updated but sid shotty job...And cable stoll needs to be updated.

The price was great the stay was convenient. The carpet was not clean and it smelled like dog. I get it. It was pet friendly, thats whi gave I gave it 3 stars but, really needs to be deep cleaned when pets stay there. They never replaced our towels daily. Every hotel replaces towels and face clothes. Outside of that, the staff was nice and always greeted us throughout the day. I will reserve a room here again but i wont bring my other half with me back to this hotel. She didnt like the change of towel service, and ahe also found hair all over the bathroom that she had to clean. The crazy thing is we arrived way past our check in time, so they had plentyvof time to clean the bathroom. Anyway, thanks for the hospitality. Do better for business.

William at the front desk was very personable, very hospitable, and made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed for my stay. I’m a Braintree resident, and I know all the surrounding muses and restaurants, and he listed off every nook and crannie that not a lot of people know about in that area. I was on business at the time. It made me feel even more at home, to know, that someone who doesn’t even live in this area, knows about all the popular attractions and businesses for this area. If my company had an open position, i would hire William in a heart beat.

I arrived at the desk Friday 7/26/24 to check in I waited for 15 mins finally someone came the person said they were all alone I gave them my information and my license the person stared at the computer for at least 3 mins then says to me sir I’ll be right back. The desk person disappeared for about 5 mins then comes back looks at his computer for a few more minutes finally I said is everything alright he says no we’re are over booked. I asked to speak with a manager and requested that I’m put into a surrounding hotel as there is multiple on the same street. I demanded this because I was not contacted via cell phone or email that I provided when booking my hotel. He instructed me that I would need to request a refund and there’s nothing the hotel or him can or will do. I then told the desk person I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 28 years and the reason why I was unable to check in was because my room wasn’t made ready by hotel staff and that is why he left me to verify that then lied to me about the reason he then apologized a said sir you’re right that’s the exact reason. Completely unacceptable as I stepped away from the desk to check other hotel availability on the same area and I then overheard him instructing another guest that was checking in the same thing this guest had an even worse situation they booked their stay a month prior and flew into town for a wedding once again absolutely nothing was done for him either. I’m expecting full refund please help

Keys did not work all the time. My wife and I had to get them corrected a few times. Stopped by the front desk and asked for towels (there were none in room). They never showed up. Had to get them from front desk hours later.

I stayed here for a 2 night quick work trip to Boston. I arrived hours before my check in time, extremely exhausted and thought I would have to wait in the lobby but the gentleman at the reception was extremely nice, friendly and professional. He was very helpful getting me into my room immediately seeing how tired I appeared. They had a collection of snacks, water, frozen dinner and coolers for drinks which was nice. The rooms as the building were old but clean and neat. There was some sought of renovation still going on but it wasn’t noisy and there wasn’t any form of disturbances. The rooms had a small kitchenette, with electric table top range for cooking, a refrigerator, microwave, dinnerware, cutlery, coffee machine/coffee and a pot. In short it had all the essentials that you need. The only reason I am not rating this a 5 star is because my shower was broken and only dribbled. I DID NOT tell them about it because the guy who worked evening shift at the reception didn’t look too approachable and I just wasn’t ready for drama over a 2-night stay plus I was too busy working and didn’t get to use the shower as often as I would have. So I won’t hold this against them at all. Otherwise this was as convenient as it could get especially for the price. I enjoyed my stay here.

It was clear that this hotel was in a transition period of ownership, the facility was in need of major renovations. My room needed an additional chair for two people to sit since it had a full kitchen, they also charged 5 dollars to park when they didn't have a secure parking lot and it was on a dead-end with nothing but warehouses around them. The management was as helpful as they could be, but they have a lot of work ahead of them.

We stayed just a night, and checked out early, so we never really got a chance to experience the place. Its value and proximity to the highway was the major draw. Next time, we’ll visit Konditormeister, Bin Endz, and Widowmaker, all located on the same quiet street.

The smells in the hallways and room was definitely off-putting [you can smell the cheap clean products they use, it didn't eliminate the smell, but added to the unpleasant-ness]. It's in an industrial location, so no great views out of your window. I did like the size of the rooms. Conveniently located near the mall and restaurants. Overall,an ok stay for the pay

I had an amazing time at this location! From the moment I checked in, greeted by staff. He was very helpful and gave me the rihht information to help ease my mind with questions. The room I had was very spacious! I mean I almost felt like I was in a condo or apartment, office desk with a chair to help with any business tasks you have. Full size FRIDGE! I REPEAT FULL SIZE FRIDGE! I could go to walmart and stock up enough to last me a month if i wanted to. The ehole latout was AMAZING! All in all i will most likely book this place whenever I visit! 5 out of 5

Great spot and love having the one bedroom and full kitchen. Only this time we had 2 cups, 2 forks and 1 bowl in the room. The purpose of a kitchen was so we could have breakfast in the room as the hotel doesnt provide breakfast. The kids drank cereal from a cup which defeated the purpose of having a full kitchen.

Good extended stay hotel. Good size fridge with automatic ice maker. A couple of minor issues with the room, no dishwasher soap or dish soap and the body wash pump didn’t work. They gave us a replacement pump, but the bottle is locked in so we could not replace and use. At least there was bar soap for hand washing.

Expedia says they serve daily breakfast and they don’t, they actually have overpriced junk food for sale instead. Horrible experience, room door was stuck, dents all over.

We had an amazing time. It was really nice cause you have your own kitchen right there and go grocery shopping and make a steak dinner and the mall and movie theaters right across the street very efficient and flexible for a short schedule before a work week.

We left 2 days early. The staff were nice but not very helpful as the hotel policies didn’t provide them with anything. The room itself was clean, with plenty of towels and comfortable bed, but it was beat up. Wow, clearly unlike any Sonesta property I had stayed at beofee. I am reasonably certain that the health department would condemned my room, if not the whole building. The room's stench was a blend of mold and reconstituted dog urine. Significant water damage above the windows was found and more on the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom door had rusted starting 18" from the bottom, a floor lamp was rusted and stains on the kitchen table and floor. Pretty sure this was dog urine. Nothing in the kitchenette seemed clean enough to use, or even wash before use My room and every hallway I stepped into had deeply stained, filthy carpet. I kinda feel like I should wipe my feet before stepping g outside. I arrived at 2am, but didn't get into the lobby until 2:30, i called the hotel number but could not get any human to answer. There is no doorbell and the hotel check-in rules said before 3am. Fortunately a guest let me in. 20 minutes lated the guest woke up the an employee that was napping nearby. It was 10 minutes after 3am when I got my room key. I would have asked for another room but I had to get up for the 1st day at a new job... Upon returning after my workday I walked into the room and was overwhelmed by stench. 5 minute my nose was running and my head ached from sinus pressure (mold allergy). I packed my stuff and left after Hotels.com spoke to the desk and secured a refund for the balance of my reservation.

Not the fault of the staff or those staying at the hotel but the design of the doors made it almost a necessity to slam them when closing them, so constantly heard the loud bang well into the evening, repeatedly (so maybe those guests frequently coming in and out are partly to blame)
