We had a great time for a family reunion, and the property easily accommodated 24 people! It would have been nice if there was one more bathroom, considering our group size. The house had good amenities and we had a lot of fun in the backyard as well. The host was responsive and the property was relatively close to the beach and other attractions.

Great weekend getaway for large groups. Comfortable beds and spacious living space made the weekend extra enjoyable. Would definitely recommend staying here for large parties.

Had my bachelorette at Villa Parque and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had 15 girls comfortably stay. The host was very responsive and also had wonderful recommendations and discounts for activities like catering and boat rentals. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Eighteen members of our extended family (ages 5-72) stayed at Villa Parque for four nights and we hated to leave (in spite of the house being right next to a train crossing and hearing bells, whistles and trains even in the middle of the night). The seven bedrooms in the house had different bed size and number configurations, so young children were able to sleep with their parents, the 10-14 year old cousins happily shared rooms and a few of us had private rooms. The indoor and outdoor eating tables had ample seating for all of us. We appreciated and used the two washing machines and two dryers. The property manager was attentive and responsive, even having extra ping pong paddles we requested delivered to us on a Sunday morning. But it was the backyard that made our stay a 10+. We used all of it every day -- the ping pong, sand volleyball and particularly the pool and pickleball court. We felt the house was worth every rental penny we paid for it, as the space, backyard activities, convenience of having all our family under one roof and memories we created and shared made it a priceless four days.

Everyone had so much fun despite the weather not letting us use the beautiful property enough but we made it work inside and going out at night. Every bedroom was perfect it was a dream for a group of 12 with nice finishing and amazing bathrooms and a kitchen. The living room and large table area is where we spend a lot of time there and loved it! Maid of honor (host - me) and bride to be said it was absolutely perfect.
