Great studio on Main St in beautiful downtown Hendo! Would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable accommodations - comfortable bed, large shower with very hot water and great water pressure. Extremely clean. Little kitchenette with Nespresso machine, mini fridge and microwave. Smart TV so you can watch your fav shows. Parking isn't too complicated and super convenient to have a dedicated space in the busy downtown area. Follow directions provided by property manager and it will take you right to the spot. Friendly and fast responses to a couple of questions we had. 10/10!

Studio rental on corner of Main St and 1st Ave was excellent location for wandering around this adorable downtown area.The block contains multiple restaurants. The courthouse / museum is North one block. The Visitors Center is one block South. There is a convenient assigned parking space at the back of the building (around the block). As you know though randomly some people will still take advantage of the empty space, I only had one instance of this and parked at the Visitors Center instead. (Note: before visiting downtown go to city’s website and download city’s parking app. There are no physical meters and paid parking is only through the app) The Studio itself was even nicer in person. Extremely clean. Plenty of room for one but still comfortable for two. More like a master bedroom suite with an extra small sink, microwave, small fridge and coffee pot. Definitely recommend for a stay downtown!

This was the perfect little spot downtown, within walking distance of shopping and eating. The updated apartment was clean and had everything you needed for a short stay! You will have a little walk from your parking spot and up tbe stairs but that is noted and not bad at all. Having a designated spot is a plus! Denise was easy to reach and answered any questions we had.

We only stayed one night but can’t wait to go back! This is an excellent location!! We enjoyed our time and do plan to go back to spend more time in Hendersonville!! This location can’t be beat if you want to experience downtown. There is a pizza place just around the corner which was delectable! We will be going back there as well. Parking is great because if you decide to travel outside of the downtown area, you have a designated parking space to come back to. Apartment was clean and just as stated in the description. Oh, also a game store with a bar who had karaoke. There is a brewery close by too. Just a great place for a great time!

Downtown apartment was clean, updated, convenient location to walk to shops & restaurants. We spent the day hiking Glassy Mtn @ Sandburg National Park & had Huba Huba bbq by the Wrinkled Egg. Visited Kellogg center. The directions for parking & check in were clear and detailed so no issues whatsoever. The studio had everything one needs for a night. Brandy's is just downstairs & an excellent local bar for cocktails. We weren’t very hungry so had a taco from nearby Tipsy Taco. Plenty of fine dining options as well. Coffee shop is across the street for your morning brew. Check out is 10am & also when shops open, so after knocking around some we drove to Jump Off Rock for an amazing look out & short hikes. Great trip would definitely stay in the Main St Studio again:)Pam Hardison

We loved our stay here. It's literally on Main St. Could not have asked for a better location. Unit was clean and neat. Design & decor were also nice (contemporary design/feel). The only downside was understanding where to park initially but the property contact was super responsive and quick to provide instructions in real time. We would definitely advise you to select this if you're looking for a convenient, "urban" feel, space in such a beautiful, compact downtown area.

We stayed overnight following an evening event in Hendersonville. The room is small but perfectly great for a short stay. The email sent with building access code had the incorrect code and after my initial panic I did check the VRBO app and found a message which had completely different access codes. Owner may want to check on that. Would definitely stay again!

Very convenient location. Studio was as described on Vrbo. Would recommend a set of towels/washcloths per person per night instead of one each in total. Host was quick to respond to all communications.

Host seemed intolerant. Hendersonville is beautiful. If you plan to use a VRBO here, I recommend 108 Main St. Better in every way.

Lovely studio apartment. Well stocked and comfortable. The host was a great help! It would be perfect for us except for the stairs. We are seniors but managed well. So close to everything! Perfect for the Apple Festival. Thank you Denise for sharing this downtown jewel with us. Betty and Bobby Tyler

The Studio was perfect!! Was a bit awkward trying to get in the main door from the street due to the code not being correct but was able to contact Denise and she helped right away. It was very windy and chilly and was a bit uncomfortable but everything else was perfect. Very cute and I would def. recommend staying there.

Wouldn’t stay again. GREAT LOCATION is the ONLY thing I would say good about this place!Host didn’t check in with us once! Not after we checked in or before or after we checked out.No charm or comfiness to this place. We booked just as a last minute get away to attend Apple Fest. You can tell they didn’t put in time putting this place together. Bed not comfortable.We(my husband and I) travel ALL the time for work&fun, and stay at VRBO’s! Never once was fully rejected on early check in with no explanations; not to mention we also ran one for over 2 years. Host was extremely brief and not very welcoming through communication and took a while to get responds.Not worth 200 per night. Place need TLC!

Studio rental on corner of Main St and 1st Ave was excellent location for wandering around this adorable downtown area.The block contains multiple restaurants. The courthouse / museum is North one block. The Visitors Center is one block South. There is a convenient assigned parking space at the back of the building (around the block). As you know though randomly some people will still take advantage of the empty space, I only had one instance of this and parked at the Visitors Center instead. (Note: before visiting downtown go to city’s website and download city’s parking app. There are no physical meters and paid parking is only through the app) The Studio itself was even nicer in person. Extremely clean. Plenty of room for one but still comfortable for two. More like a master bedroom suite with an extra small sink, microwave, small fridge and coffee pot. Definitely recommend for a stay downtown!

Amazing location in the middle of the historic district of Hendersonville with great shops and restaurants footsteps away. We felt safe and comfortable in the loft with a view of the mountains in the distance! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Downtown apartment was clean, updated, convenient location to walk to shops & restaurants. We spent the day hiking Glassy Mtn @ Sandburg National Park & had Huba Huba bbq by the Wrinkled Egg. Visited Kellogg center. The directions for parking & check in were clear and detailed so no issues whatsoever. The studio had everything one needs for a night. Brandy's is just downstairs & an excellent local bar for cocktails. We weren’t very hungry so had a taco from nearby Tipsy Taco. Plenty of fine dining options as well. Coffee shop is across the street for your morning brew. Check out is 10am & also when shops open, so after knocking around some we drove to Jump Off Rock for an amazing look out & short hikes. Great trip would definitely stay in the Main St Studio again:)Pam Hardison

Charming studio apartment located on the historic Main Street of Hendersonville. Very clean and quiet with everything we needed and more. We’ll be back. Something important for some folks, this studio is not handicap accessible and there are two flights of stairs straight up.
