We really enjoyed our stay. They have done a great job with the space.The master bedroom was nice and big, with a bed to match, and a nice walk-in closet as well.The convenience of having your own washer and dryer was a great bonus too. Just an overall great host and property!!!I had some checkout issues on my end, and even though Anthony had another reservation that was coming the day of my checkout, and requested an early check-in, he was very, very understanding and patient with me, and I really appreciated that.Thanks for a great stay!!!

They have done a great job with the space.The master bedroom was nice and big, with a bed to match, and a nice walk-in closet as well.The convenience of having your own washer and dryer was a great bonus too. My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful property for one week, on our yearly ski trip to Utah. We had a wonderful time! The apartment is clean and had absolutely everything we needed! I love to cook -- the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook up a delicious dinner. Truly a home away from home! Cozy, very clean and comfortable! From parking in the driveway to the ease of access to the apartment and the great location, it made our trip a wonderful one! The hosts are wonderful people! They live upstairs. We felt safe, at home and they were always happy to help us if we needed something. We'll be back for sure! Thank you again! Adrian and Alexandra

This property was pleasantly updated and well furnished. We were very comfortable here. A lot more room than we expected. A mile to a shopping area and movies and about 20 minutes to downtown. Nice park across the street. Easy parking. Overall very clean and nice touches, such as fans in the rooms. Two things to note, because it is a basement apartment there is no temperature control and we occasionally heard footsteps/sounds from upstairs. Highly recommend Anthony’s place! He is very flexible and quick with communication via the app.

Cute and organized property with several amenities that made our stay more enjoyable! We appreciated the washer and dryer with soap and the fridge with an ice maker! We had planned on having a toddler with us and there were toys in a closet. We had access to Netflix and Amazon on the large tv and cozy blankets to cuddle with. There was even some distilled water for the iron that we were able to use when I forgot some for my cpap machine. We loved the high-top table for playing games together after a busy day out. -There were not enough towels for the number of guests in our party - so the washer/dryer were really handy. We would recommend this property! Stairs are a little steep, so those with mobility issues might have difficulty.

Anthony was a great host. Great location, it’s fully stocked with everything you would want/need, including coffee/tea, dishes, spices, blankets, high chair and other toys and things for kids. We had an issue with our stay, but I need to start off by saying the place is really cute and the beds really comfy! The owner was responsive throughout the issue, but I feel like we should have been notified ahead of our stay and given an option to cancel. There was a terribly strong sewage smell as we walked in the apartment. It permeated everything. It was so strong I worried about the quality of the air we were breathing. We did everything we could to mitigate it, but it did not improve. Unfortunately it was midnight, so we were stuck there for the night. I messaged the owner, and he confirmed it was a known issue and he was working to fix it. I told him we couldn’t stay there a second night and left right away the next morning. I requested a refund of half our stay but only got 100 back. He was responsive and respectful, but in the end it wasn’t a good experience and very disruptive to our visit. We had to scramble to find new lodging in the middle of wedding festivities. I would recommend checking in to see if the problem is resolved before booking.

Very clean. Beds were comfy. Laundry was convenient and the house owners were both very nice. The softball fields across the street also made it easy for my daughter to practice.

The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Just like being at home. We enjoyed our stay very much and if ever in the SLC area again we would love to stay there. Thank you Anthony, it was a pleasure!

The stairs are difficult for us older folks (93 & 86). We should have known better. I would suggest at least one grab bar be installed in the tub/shower and a tub mat. It was very slippery so bought a cheap one and left it there. Otherwise it was very comfortable and cozy and very clean and well furnished. Bed was excellent.

We were excited for two bedrooms so the family could comfortably fit, and location to both canyons for skiiing access. The owner was responsive and helpful. Only problem was the noise (basement apartment), as a light sleeper I heard all squeaks in floorboards, dlushing, dog barkimg, etc.

Nice, a bit cooler being in the basement with no way to control heat except for space heaters which we had to use regularly to bring temperature above 62.Many steps into basement(13) so would not recommend if you can’t do stairs well,door opens into steps which is awkward too.Furniture and bed was very comfortable.Kitchen was well equipped also.

Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom stay in the perfect neighborhood . The house was quiet, safe and very comfortable. The stairs were a tiny bit treacherous with the bags we had to bring down but that would be the only negative . We appreciated having a laundry available to us and we were very happy with our accommodations-

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting Salt Lake City! Super comfortable beds (we had the best sleep!!), great location and easy instructions to get inside. Not too far from the airport and a good amount of food options/grocery stores are in the area. The only slight downside was the very steep stairs which were a little sketchy going down with luggage so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

My husband, daughter (2), and I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Salt Lake for my husbands graduation. This was the perfect place to unwind after a full day of travel and long days of festivities. The space gave us a home away from home feel that was comfortable and inviting. The location is great with plenty of food options within a few miles and only 15 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City.

The space was clean & well furnished. Anthony was great at responding to questions quickly & making us feel welcome. The place is centrally located & convenient to get off & on the interstate. Will definitely stay here again!

Instructions were easy to find the home & get in. It was very nice, very clean, and had everything we needed. Great location near SLCC Lifetime Activities Center. We will definitely stay here again.

Great central location for skiers visiting variety of Salt Lake resorts. Easy access to sevices and highways. Good spot for a quiet group looking for a place to recover but would not reccomend for more rowdy bunch.

The host is a wonderful communicator. The apartment is lovely. You can tell there is a lot of thought and energy put into making each person feel welcome. My girls and I had plenty of room to spend time together and also have alone time. The location made it easy to get to the slopes and to the University. We will stay here again if our travel takes us to Utah.

The property was perfect for my wife and I. Plenty of fun places to eat nearby. Access to the slopes was simple. Would definitely stay again.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Park across the street. Can walk to grocery store. Close to areas of Salt Lake City.

It was a very nice place, location was great as far as places to eat and grocery shop. We ubered and that was all within walking distance. The park was a nice place to walk in.

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting Salt Lake City! Super comfortable beds (we had the best sleep!!), great location and easy instructions to get inside. Not too far from the airport and a good amount of food options/grocery stores are in the area. The only slight downside was the very steep stairs which were a little sketchy going down with luggage so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

The Cozy Basement Apartment place was located in a convenient location for all are activities in Utah. The host communicated effectively and timely with us. It was very well supplied with all we needed.

Accommodations were great! Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Very comfortable stay! Other reviews are accurate, place is a little chilly, stairs are steep, and you can hear people occasionally walking upstairs (completely tolerable and that's all you could hear). We would definitely stay there again!
