Property is nestled away, very peaceful and quiet. Lovely fire pit area. Great location near shops, restaurants of every type, and access to roadways. We explored colleges, many parks on the ocean, Newport, Providence and Narragansett. Loved it all and hope to return. The cottage was wonderfully appointed with everything you need.

Nice house, small but adequate space. Very well stocked with all you might need. Outside was large open space with nice unattached patio area. Dog loved it. Hot tub rocked! New and really nice jets. Very relaxing.

The bedrooms are cozy and the gathering spaces are large. The living room has plenty of space to gather and the outdoor firepit with covered sitting area is another nice place to spread out. You'll find everything you need for your stay and well as a few personal welcoming touches.

My family and I stayed for the weekend to attend URIs homecoming. This was less than a 5 minute drive to campus. The property was just as shown in the pictures. We had six adults and used the provided blow up to sleep in the living room. It is a clean and beautiful place that was stocked with everything we.needed. The yard was private and we took advantage of relaxing outside with a fire in the fire pit. Would be happy to return if needed.

Super close to URI and close to all of the beautiful areas like Narragansett and Newport and the ferry to Block Island. Enjoyed the privacy of the yard with fire pit and hot tub. Many little touches to make us feel welcome in the home.

An absolutely amazing retreat. We rented this to stay at while we attended a friends wedding, but it proved to be so much more than a place to crash at. So many thoughtful little touches. We would love to come back when we have more time to enjoy the house itself; the hot tub, the back patio, the cozy living room. Truly a wonderful little house tucked away in the trees.

This is a great house! Everything was exactly as listed on VRBO. Very clean, check in was easy. The hot tub and outdoor area was great. Nice location. Owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this charming place. Itâs very clean, nicely decorated (modern-ish with warmth), and thoughtfully appointed. Conveniently located to many of the walking spots I was interested in. Lots of places to sit outside. Sara is gracious and very helpful.

This was a first time renting from vrbo for us as we haven't been able to get away for years because we are dog lovers. This home allowed us to bring them and everything was as pictured and expected. Home was immaculate and there were small welcoming touches as well as coffee and water.

We stayed at Cozy Cottage while in town for our sonâs lacrosse tournament at URI and I canât underscore enough just how pleased we were with our stay. Sara has truly thought of all the details, right down to the chilled glasses in the freezer! Location is super convenient and the property was exceptionally clean. Sara is also very responsive with her communication and made check-in a breeze. We will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself!

Sara has truly thought of all the details, right down to the chilled glasses in the freezer! Location is super convenient and the property was exceptionally clean. My husband and I, our adult son, and his partner stayed in this adorable cottage for two nights and couldnât have been more comfortable. The property was spotless, exactly like the pictures, and the kitchen was well appointed. The owners sweetly left us some little extras which made us feel especially welcome. Weâd gladly stay here again!

Stayed Mon - Fri in July. Host were very responsive, when propane was out quickly had it refilled. House personal touches are well thought out with every thing you might need on hand, left little treats upon arrival, provided coffee, trash bags, paper towels, beach chairs (brand new and comfy)-saved us a lot of room in the car. Super clean, organized and adorably decorated. Property super private and large, beds comfy, linens and towels high end and cozy. We chose to not stay next to the beach in exchange for a larger property for our dogs, and so glad we did. Everything felt super accessible, short drive to beaches. House in neighborhood setting so plenty of places to walk. My only suggestion would be an outdoor hose to rinse off after the beach, we knew there wasn't one (that we could find) so we rinsed our feet/chairs at the beach. We enjoyed the property so much we ate in for most meals, highly recommend Manenuks Oyster Bar (make reservations weeks in advance) and Monahans clam shack for take out seafood -long line went fast, order a beer while you wait, picnic tables to eat there. Best doughnuts I ever had a mile away by URI, I forget the name, but in shopping center by college (next to Caliente's Mexican). Thank you!

The cottage was decorated beautifully. There were thoughtful touches such as tea, coffee, candy, dog bed , dog dishes, and poop bags, cosmetic wipes, and posted helpful info.It was close to the attractions. My husband especially enjoyed the Newport Car Museum which was new to us.

My family stay at Sara's cottage was perfect. The home is just beautiful: It includes all of the amenities you could desire, was impeccably clean and just incredibly inviting. It seemed like the hosts thought of every detail. The accommodations were modern and bright -- lots of extra blankets, tons of games, and a generous supply of coffee and goodies for travelers. Everything worked perfectly in the home. The hosts left convenient instructions, too. Nothing was overlooked! This is one of the best properties we've ever stayed at and I would return in a heartbeat.

We booked this property as first time VRBO clients and were so pleased! Cutest property....pictures completely accurate. Perfect place to stay with our fur baby! This is a great house! Everything was exactly as listed on VRBO. Very clean, check in was easy. The hot tub and outdoor area was great. Nice location. Owner was very responsive if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is nestled away, very peaceful and quiet. Lovely fire pit area. Great location near shops, restaurants of every type, and access to roadways. We explored colleges, many parks on the ocean, Newport, Providence and Narragansett. Loved it all and hope to return. The cottage was wonderfully appointed with everything you need.

The house was super cute with a big yard. Perfect for being close to URI and very easy to get to the beaches. Sara was a pleasure to work with and super responsive to all of my questions. We loved it here!

My family and I stayed for the weekend to attend URIs homecoming. This was less than a 5 minute drive to campus. The property was just as shown in the pictures. We had six adults and used the provided blow up to sleep in the living room. It is a clean and beautiful place that was stocked with everything we.needed. The yard was private and we took advantage of relaxing outside with a fire in the fire pit. Would be happy to return if needed.

Super close to URI and close to all of the beautiful areas like Narragansett and Newport and the ferry to Block Island. Enjoyed the privacy of the yard with fire pit and hot tub. Many little touches to make us feel welcome in the home.

I found the home comfortable, quiet, and restful at the end of the 2 evenings of wedding activities. The home is set in a convienient location of being tucked away in a quiet wooded corner lot yet easy access for travel to popular restaurants and attractions the South Kingstown area has to offer. Very happy with my stay. Steve.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend for a family wedding. The wedding was in Newport RI. We were pleased to find this cottage so close to Narragansett, and Newport. We walked our small dog in the surrounding charming neighborhoods, and we always felt safe. Dunkin Donuts is too close to drive to! We enjoyed walking for a treat there. The hosts also left a list of their favorite local haunts for us to try. The Hosts were attentive and kind. They left chocolates in the fridge, coffee, a Kureg machine, bottled water, and supplied body wash and shampoo and conditioner. They also left a dog bed, food and water bowl for our pup! Plenty of cooking pots and pans were also stocked, though we did not have time to cook. The home itself is a mixture of old and new, a quirky cute cottage feel, and the quirkiness just added to the charm of our vintage New England experience. Nice backyard with fire pit, (though we did not have time to do a fire either) The beds were comfortable with nice blankets etc. We wish the owners success in their VRBO business.

Outstanding place to stay! Hosts were great! From the moment we arrived we were amazed at how beautifully decorated it was and we all felt at home instantly. The cottage has a nice layout with a nice big yard for the kids to play in and the dog to run around. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Rhode Island. Close to beaches and an easy drive to Newport. Sara and Dan make sure everything you need for the stay is available. We would love to return!

We stayed for 4 nights. We found the property as advertised. Clean, quiet and well stocked right down to dental pics and mini nail files in the medicine cabinet, Frosted mugs in the freezer was a nice touch, plenty of outdoor space and even a bed for the dog! Short ride to the beaches, Thanks again Sara

We absolutely loved our stay in the cozy SK cottage. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The hosts even left us a little gift and chocolates to welcome us. The neighborhood was safe with sidewalks. The property was private and large, our dogs loved running around in. The hot tub was a huge bonus as well, which was heated for our arrival. Tried a couple of the local restaurants the hosts recommended and Antonioâs pizza was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very convenient location. We came over the long weekend and did the RI Troll Trail. Hot tub was a welcome treat when we decided to stay at the house due to the weather. Relaxed in it watching the snow fall. Thoughtful amenities, more than we needed. Despite his own crate and bed, our dog really loved the dog bed and blanket provided!
