Private NEWLY Renovated 4 BED Family Friendly Home near URI, Beaches, Weddings..

June 12 - 17th. The perfect home and host. So clean. The beds were very very comfortable. We loved the country feel and even had a deer visit us. Our grandchildren played with all the wonderful amenities, including the game room which they loved. The coffee bar was a hit with all the adults. Lots of room for all 9 of us and the kids had a blast in the large back yard playing. Great home!

First day was amazing in South Kingston, from beginning of the reservation all the way through the end there was great communication from the hosts. Things were well set up in the home and any concerns we had were addressed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there as a family, the bathtubs and the toes could be a little bit cleaner, but that’s just my preference. I would suggest getting some comforters in the bedrooms that are newer.

Check in was easy, property was even better than expected. House was immaculate. The decor was fun, with lots of little touches. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve a 10 course meal. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable. The game room was a hit with everyone as was the huge backyard; enjoyed the stars while sitting on the Adirondack chairs with a roaring fire. Proximity to URI was amazing! We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this property. Pros: Very clean and well laid out property. The rooms are well sized, the area is peaceful and well located and the game room offered great entertainment options. The TV in almost every bedroom was a pleasant option. The hosts were very helpful and communicated well. They make excellent hosts. I feel they really analyzed what would be required by guests. This is really good value for money. We felt very comfortable.Cons: Not a lot and minor recommendations at most: The temperture limits for heat were locked and it led to a very chilly first night. Providing several extra blankets would help. Having more than 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom would be helpful for larger groups; would recommend a small trash can in each bedroom. Although host was kind enough to remove the rusty lock on door of bike shed, the air pumps did not work and nephew was unable to ride bikes, which was a pity. Ideally, this should be checked before each stay. The checkout cleanout required by guests is a little more than would usually be expected. These are minor compared to the overwhelming positives and only serve to further improve an already wonderful property.
