We loved this rental. Had breakfast every morning on the cute back patio. Kitchen had everything we needed. It had fluffy towels and comfy bed and a lot of extras you don't normally see. Moniquea was great to work with. If we're ever in Denver again, we would definitely stay again.

This VRBO property is in a residential neighborhood with easy access to I-70. The home is very clean and has a lot of little extras we did not expect (wine, snacks, fun facial products, a deep soaking tub, excellent coffee, fresh 1/2 and 1/2 to-go cups with lids, etc.,). There is a nice, cozy garden area on the backside that includes a table, chairs, and a hammock! If I could I would give this property and its owners 10 stars! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Stayed here with a friend as we were going to Red Rocks for an annual concert. The house has everything you could ask for! There were some drinks in the fridge, snacks in a basket. A coffee drawer for your coffee needs. The place had a dishwasher, washer and dryer and a gorgeous tub that I wished I had used. The bedrooms are spacious and if the weather had cooperated I would have enjoyed the hammock and little patio in the back!

Clean and stylish guest house. Beautiful, roomy bathroom. 2 good sized bedrooms, each with access to outdoor private sitting area. Love the set up: the two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house which allows for privacy if with a larger group. The property is aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. Moniquea was so accommodating and helpful, pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. Great location. At least 20 minutes from the foothills and hiking.

Beautiful house in a central location. The house was wonderfully stocked, Moniquea covered all the little extras. Super comfortable and lovely outdoor spaces. Nice short walk to local walking trails. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely, comfy, safe, private guest house in a quiet neighborhood. We came to CO to visit Red Rocks and the location was perfection. Everything you might need to make your stay feel like home is provided. Moniquea supplied all the right touches which made the stay experience exceptional. House is outfitted with two comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, couch and smart TV, large jacuzzi tub and shower in bathroom, outdoor dining table and hammock. We felt safe and well taken care of. Come stay here and be pampered!

Do not snooze on this listing!! My best friend and I were in town for a concert at Red Rocks which was just a quick drive away. Moniquea’s home is meticulous and the rental unit is so beautiful and peaceful. The condo is extremely well appointed with TONS of upgraded amenities. It has a new and clean, yet comfortable feel. She has thought of everything. We truly wished we had planned to stay longer. We loved our quiet breakfasts on the back patio that felt like an oasis. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few easy meals. The beds were so luxurious. The bathroom was like a spa. Access was communicated very well, and everything was very easy. We will absolutely be staying here when we come back.

A fabulous guest house on a beautiful property with suburb hosts! What more can you ask? The guest house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and many extras including snacks, chilled water, coffee and chocolates. The bathroom was also well stocked with high-quality bath products, a generous amount of towels, a hairdryer and robes. Beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms on either side of the living space, both with private exits offering a little extra privacy if wanted. The two lush outdoor spaces were surrounded by flowers and plants, and offered a comfortable place to enjoy morning coffee, a meal or an evening glass of wine. We stayed mid-summer, so we got to enjoy the flowers.Monique was responsive, friendly and non-intrusive. She even offered to help haul in our luggage and put our groceries away when I told her we were trying to make it to the Cardinal/Rockies game. All the extra touches added up to a great stay.

This guest house is absolutely adorable. The hosts have done a great job of giving the property quite a bit of privacy. The beds are super comfy and the whole place is spotless. It is newly renovated with great amenities. It has easy access to I-70, so you can get anywhere in the Denver/Golden area very quickly. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying here again.

This is such a great place to stay. Very clean and loved all the extras in the house. We came in town for a concert at Red Rocks and this was a great central location to downtown and Golden as well. Thank you for providing such a great place to unwind!

The most amazing stay. This place is very conveniently located. The hosts are the best hosts we’ve ever had at a stay. This place is extremely clean, comfortable, and very nice. The host goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you could imagine. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area. 10 out of 10.

What a wonderful stay! Beautiful, well appointed cottage with everything you could ask for and more. Super clean and bright, private and quiet. While the cottage shares the yard with the main house, the landscaping creates two private spaces for relaxing and dining. Flowers, shrubs and trees are carefully cared for. The kitchen is better stocked than my own (ok, not totally true, but close) with new dishes, glassware, pots, pans, coffee, tea, snacks, etc. AC and fans make hot days and nights very comfortable and the beds are great. The decor is spa-like without being cold, and there are thoughtful touches everywhere. Every time I looked around there was something else useful. Moniquea is an excellent host, communicates easily and quickly, and checked in to make sure our stay was perfect. We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many VRBOs. This retreat is in our top two - you will not regret it!

This location was perfect for us! It was close to the mountain activities we wanted to do: rafting at Idaho Springs, a day in Estes, and hiking near Golden. The house itself could not have been more clean, updated, or sufficient! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals, plus a few extra treats in the fridge (so nice!). Moniquea's communication was speedy, friendly and helpful. She made it so easy! We hope to stay here again and will recommend it highly to friends. Thank you, Moniquea!

We stayed here for a week in August 2024 and really enjoyed our stay. The guest house is beautifully remodeled, new top notch appliances, plenty of kitchen pots, pans and utensils and nice linens. We had such a great stay. We couldn't believe how quiet this place was. Host was super easy to work with and so very accommodating. She even offered to bring out umbrellas to us during a storm to our car so that we could get in without getting wet. We all just took our shoes off and ran in the rain. Great memories made!!

Moniquea and Juan are excellent hosts. The property was clean and had nicely appointed furnishings. It was a quiet place to get a good night’s sleep. Moniquea provided lots of little extras in the way of snacks, toiletries and beverages. The contact we had with both the owners was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

We could not have asked for a better stay while in Lakewood. Easy in and out. Close to the ball fields where my son had a baseball tournament and close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect little space for us. Anything and everything we needed was provided and so much more! Was thrill to see after an 15 hr drive there where bath salts and a relaxing face mask by the big tub! You better believe I took advantage of that! Chino the Husky was a favorite with the kids. What a sweet dog! We passed by the host several times on our way out and they were so kind!! We would stay here again in a heart beat!!

What a wonderful stay! Beautiful, well appointed cottage with everything you could ask for and more. Super clean and bright, private and quiet. While the cottage shares the yard with the main house, the landscaping creates two private spaces for relaxing and dining. Flowers, shrubs and trees are carefully cared for. The kitchen is better stocked than my own (ok, not totally true, but close) with new dishes, glassware, pots, pans, coffee, tea, snacks, etc. AC and fans make hot days and nights very comfortable and the beds are great. The decor is spa-like without being cold, and there are thoughtful touches everywhere. Every time I looked around there was something else useful. Moniquea is an excellent host, communicates easily and quickly, and checked in to make sure our stay was perfect. We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many VRBOs. This retreat is in our top two - you will not regret it!

I took our two daughters 21 and 23 to Denver for a four-day weekend to celebrate a 21st birthday. The guest house was perfectly represented online, beautifully decorated and absolutely exceeded our expectations from comfort to functionality and having everything and more than we needed.. They provided many extras and were accessible the entire trip. I would stay there every single time in Denver. Definitely definitely an 11 out of 10.!!! thank you for an awesome stay and making us feel so welcome from the special notes to delicious chocolates and having everything in the guest house from soaps to toiletries, etc. Absolutely beautiful And laid out for a perfect vacation for a family, friends or couples!!! I really can’t say enough about about this place!!!! They even worked with us on flexibility, checking in and checking out ….very much appreciated. We loved it.!!!

A fabulous guest house on a beautiful property with suburb hosts! What more can you ask? The guest house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and many extras including snacks, chilled water, coffee and chocolates. The bathroom was also well stocked with high-quality bath products, a generous amount of towels, a hairdryer and robes. Beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms on either side of the living space, both with private exits offering a little extra privacy if wanted. The two lush outdoor spaces were surrounded by flowers and plants, and offered a comfortable place to enjoy morning coffee, a meal or an evening glass of wine. We stayed mid-summer, so we got to enjoy the flowers.Monique was responsive, friendly and non-intrusive. She even offered to help haul in our luggage and put our groceries away when I told her we were trying to make it to the Cardinal/Rockies game. All the extra touches added up to a great stay.

This VRBO property is in a residential neighborhood with easy access to I-70. The home is very clean and has a lot of little extras we did not expect (wine, snacks, fun facial products, a deep soaking tub, excellent coffee, fresh 1/2 and 1/2 to-go cups with lids, etc.,). There is a nice, cozy garden area on the backside that includes a table, chairs, and a hammock! If I could I would give this property and its owners 10 stars! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This guest house was beautiful, nicely decorated, with all the amenities—kitchen was well stocked with utensils and with coffee, tea, snacks, chocolates. We were there for three days and visited the Denver art museum, saw a concert at Red Ricks, and took a hike in Golden Gate Canyon State park——all within 20 to 30 minutes drive. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend this place!

This guest house is absolutely adorable. The hosts have done a great job of giving the property quite a bit of privacy. The beds are super comfy and the whole place is spotless. It is newly renovated with great amenities. It has easy access to I-70, so you can get anywhere in the Denver/Golden area very quickly. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying here again.

This location was perfect for us! It was close to the mountain activities we wanted to do: rafting at Idaho Springs, a day in Estes, and hiking near Golden. The house itself could not have been more clean, updated, or sufficient! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals, plus a few extra treats in the fridge (so nice!). Moniquea's communication was speedy, friendly and helpful. She made it so easy! We hope to stay here again and will recommend it highly to friends. Thank you, Moniquea!

Lovely, comfy, safe, private guest house in a quiet neighborhood. We came to CO to visit Red Rocks and the location was perfection. Everything you might need to make your stay feel like home is provided. Moniquea supplied all the right touches which made the stay experience exceptional. House is outfitted with two comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, couch and smart TV, large jacuzzi tub and shower in bathroom, outdoor dining table and hammock. We loved this rental. Had breakfast every morning on the cute back patio. Kitchen had everything we needed. It had fluffy towels and comfy bed and a lot of extras you don't normally see. Moniquea was great to work with. If we're ever in Denver again, we would definitely stay again.

We stayed during Thanksgiving and it was a perfect set up. It was exceptionally clean and the owners provided so many thoughtful items including wine, snacks, bathroom products and books/games. We were also treated to a pumpkin pie with whipped cream! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with a friend as we were going to Red Rocks for an annual concert. The house has everything you could ask for! There were some drinks in the fridge, snacks in a basket. A coffee drawer for your coffee needs. The place had a dishwasher, washer and dryer and a gorgeous tub that I wished I had used. The bedrooms are spacious and if the weather had cooperated I would have enjoyed the hammock and little patio in the back!

Moniquea responded immediately to our query upon arrival. The guesthouse was well supplied with all one could need and thoughtful touches to make our stay special. The beds were comfortable, the linens/towels top notch, and the private outdoor spaces relaxing. We so appreciated the chocolates, coffees, and snack basket. Its central location made Denver and local attractions easily accessible. This rental is a gem!

We've stayed in many VRBO homes. Moniquea's property is fabulous. Private, quiet, lovely spot in Denver. Moniquea was available, friendly, and respectful of our privacy. The home has lovely outdoor gardens and sitting areas. Inside is spotlessly clean and incredibly well stocked and provisioned. Highly recommend

As far as treating their guests well, this is the BEST VRBO we've stayed at. And it is only 14 minutes from the Red Rocks Ampitheater.The house is beautifully decorated and very clean! Upon opening the door, we saw Ghirardelli chocolates for us. Next we saw the small basket full of snacks on the kitchen counter. And it was healthier foods.... two bananas, bags of Lesser Evil Popcorn, a couple of snack bars, healthier potato chips, and two quality, beef sticks. The attention to detail is top-notch. There are many little touches that make this home stand out. By that, I mean the kitchen was really well stocked and had everything we needed to make a few dinners. While searching for what we needed to cook, we came across a variety of coffees, tea, cocoa, and electrolyte packets for water (which was in the fridge). I saw Tylenol, Tums, and Pepcid in another kitchen drawer.The bathroom, too, was thoughtful. We saw a basket of items a traveler may have forgotten behind. Things such as deodorant, a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, sunblock, face wash, lotion, hairbands, robes and even Epsom salts for a bath.We slept very well and were quite comfortable in the home.The outside is just as nice as inside. We really enjoyed having our meals sitting on the back patio with the party lights overhead. Also, it's summertime now, and the owners' yard is filled with beautiful flowers. Job well done, to Moniquea and her kind husband. We really loved your guest house!

What a fantastic place and the host was amazing! She went over and above for us and it was by far our most fave VRBO to date. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when we visit Denver.
