Beautiful waterfront home, pool & new interior on canal!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds we’re comfy and bedrooms all have smart TV’s. The pool was warm and a great view of the canal. We visit Ft Myers a couple times a year and will search this property out every time we’re down here.

The property was lovely. Very clean. It was nice to see all the boats travelling up and down the canal. The pool, although a bit small was heated to 84 degrees and extremely pleasant. The hosts were super friendly and responsive.

The place was very spacious. Lots of room to spread out with several bedrooms, bathrooms, two living spaces and a nice screened patio pool area. The pool itself was nice size and very clean. It had some fun lighting for night swimming plus outdoor speakers. Lots of pool floats, balls etc. Plus a dock accessible for fishing in the channel and even crab pots. Plenty of towels, bedding, and equipped kitchen. Large closets and plenty of drawer space.. Private, quiet location, close to plenty of stores/amenities.

Great vacation getaway with absolutely everything you need from kayaks and bikes to a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms! Ron and Patti were extremely responsive with any questions we had or anything we needed! The pool is a fantastic touch with the outdoor patio furniture we spent everyday lounging around the pool and fishing off the dock. One night we even saw manatees swimming in the canal right up next to the dock! We will definitely return this is by far one of the nicest vacation homes we have stayed in and look forward to a future visit!!

The house was clean and modern, having all the amenities we needed. The property sat on a beautiful canal that offered fishing, kayaking and serene views. The pool was fully enclosed and made for a peaceful retreat after long days. Patti and Ron were wonderful hosts and we highly recommend!

We were in town for a week-long baseball tournament (my wife, son and I) and couldn't have asked for a more ideal home. The property is located in a safe, quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. Because of the tournament, we were unable to take advantage of all the amenities (bikes, kayaks, beach gear etc...) but we were very comfortable, enjoyed the pool and bbq grill and, most of all, we were made to feel welcome/at home by Ron & Patti. If you're heading to the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area then we highly recommend this property!

This property was exactly what we needed it to be for our extended family! Open layout in the main area with tons of seating! The heated pool and lanai were awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed finishing off the dock and getting sun and reading in the Adirondack chairs! Will definitely stay again if we are back in this area! Ron and Patty are also fantastic and super responsive!

My family and I flew down for a Friday-Monday trip with the sole intention of lounging in the *heated* pool. It didn\'t work. It was freezing; I couldn\'t even get in it (my 5 year old went in it for a short time and then didn\'t want to get back in for the rest of the trip). I brought this to the owner\'s attention when we checked in and he said he would have "his guy" come check it. I saw the neighbor come over and look at it and didn\'t hear anything back from the owner. I texted him a few hours later to check on the status. The owner said he called for service. This was Friday. On Saturday the house is almost 80 degrees and the AC appears to also not be working. I text the owner. No response. By Sunday evening I still have not heard from the owner, so I text him AGAIN. He replies that he is out of the country. This is inexcusable. I am paying for a vacation I am not getting and if you are going to be out of the country you should make sure someone is there to take care of your rental property because you run a business. The firepit is no longer there and there are no pool toys as mentioned in previous reviews. I asked the owner for a partial refund and he agreed and asked me what I thought was fair. I told him I thought the price for one night was fair. He told me that was too much and then proceeded to IGNORE me and never returned my message. So, I didn\'t receive any kind of refund after he\'d agreed to one. Stay away from this one, folks.

We stayed January and February. Ron and Patty were great hosts and responded quickly to our needs.The home is cozy with beds, sectional couch and dining chairs being very comfortable.The pool was the warmest that we have ever had.

Our family had a great stay for our spring break vacation. My husband, daughters (12 & 9) and I all loved our time here. Located just minutes from Walmart and Publix, it was easy to run to the store for anything we needed. Lots of dining options close by as well. We enjoyed having our own pool, and fishing off the dock in the canal. The house is beautiful and well kept, while also being comfortable and home-like. Lots of towels available as well as beach towels and pool toys/floats! This was definitely a vacation to remember and we are very happy we chose this home to stay at.

House is as described. Very clean. Parking is tight if than 3 vehicles or a large vehicle

The place was amazing in every way. Unfortunately we had to leave within hours of getting there, due to the AC unit wasn't working. The owners got back to us fast but the unit couldn't get fixed soon enough so we had to find a hotel instead. We did get a full refund within days. We will definitely rent this home again the next time we are in south flotida. Things happen, we understood. I felt bad for them having an expensive fix on their hands. Life is not always fun, but we will return

Home was beautiful, clean and gorgeous view! We loved sitting out on the lanai soaking up the sun! Very well stocked with everything we may need. Communication as well as checking in and out were seamless! Thank you!

This is a 5 Star home. The house was very clean, updated and had everything you need and some. We stayed 6 nights and cooked every day. The kitchen has very nice quality cook wear and dishes, along with every appliance you might need. All of the towels in the house are high quality and there is plenty in each bathroom along with generous pool towels. Many houses were affected by Hurricane Ian in Sept of 22 in this area and the Host let us know what was going on here before we even booked. The only damage noticed was the pool cage was missing and the boat dock had a little damage, but it did not affect our use of the property in any way. The pool is very nice, heated and we used it everyday. Also, I want to mention they have plenty of pool toys, a couple of bikes in the garage and 2 Kayaks. We used the bikes and intended to use the Kayaks, but ran out of time. The Hosts, Patti and Ron, are great! Any question you have they are right on it and are ready to help in any way they can.

Patti and Ron were great The house was fantastic. They were spot on with communication. I loved the house, very clean and decorated excellent. I could have stayed longer. In our opinion one of the cleanest nine verbo house we have stayed. Thank you again for allowing us the use of your home!

The kitchen is well stocked with a beautiful island, and there are enough towels (bath and beach) for an army. The area is very quiet and has easy access to stores and restaurants. The window wall leading to the pool is a big plus. It kept the home light and bright all day. Even though the pool cage is gone (from the hurricane), there are screens across the patio so you can sit outside, eat outside, and get to the pool very easily. We were thrilled to see that when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this home to a couple or a family, as there is plenty of room. Have to say, this is one of the nicest homes we've stayed in in southwest Florida. Book it!

Before arriving, I received a message from the owner stating there was an issue with the air conditioning and asked if we could delay our arrival because he had someone coming to fix it. So we decided to go and have lunch. Once we were done with lunch, we arrived at a cool and clean home. When we messaged the owner about the locations of the garbage cans, he instantly messaged us back.

We had a marvelous time at this beautiful home! It is exactly as described, and communication was excellent. The dock and canal were so peaceful, and we even saw a dolphin swim by us one afternoon. There is also a burrowing owl nesting siteright next-door and we had owls in the front tree pretty much every day. The house, both inside and out, was beautifully done and made for a very relaxing stay. The pool was a bonus! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again!

It's a lovely rental but is far from Fort Meyer beach . There is a nice beach in Cape Coral..free parking ! It is a quiet neighborhood. Bring hangers! And pillows are very flat!! .mattresses could be updated..these are very fixable if the owner would invest in these necessities.

I can not go on enough about this rental and the owners. I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay at this beautiful home. The owners have honestly thought of everything. The kitchen is amazing, everything you could possibly need to fix your meals. Plenty of towels for both showers and swimming. The home is so comfortable it’s like being at home. We were completely content just hanging out by the pool and fishing by the dock. Every member of my hard to please family was very happy with the property. A huge thank you to the hosts as they were always quick to get back with us when we had a question. We definitely are hoping to come back!!!

Our kids loved fishing off the dock and were able to catch a few fish and even a crab. We were also lucky enough to spot dolphins two mornings in a row! Perfect location for our Perfect Game baseball tournament week. We played at jet blue, Lee county complex and Cape Coral sports complex. 10-25 min drives! Day 1 we saw dolphin’s in the canal. Owls were hanging out in the palm tree out front! The kids were catching catfish right off the dock..(we used hotdogs for bait) so much to do, beaches were an easy drive. The house is perfectly laid out. The owners are supper friendly and easy to talk to. All positives!!!! Thanks you
