Stayed 6 nights

very clean and tidy house. love the pool and hot tub! definitely was nice to have a hot tub since some days were rainy and a little chilly. good location, close to everything we needed. would come back!

Was a great stay for a family of 5. Had plenty of room, and the outside area was the best of the property. Pool and hot tub were amazing as well as the outside sitting area. Was able to do a little fishing off the dock as well. Everything we needed was provided to start out with. Would definitely stay here again. Property was clean and kept in great condition. We had to message the property manager one time and they were quick to respond and show up at the property to help. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Didn't have sand for the shuffleboard table, which was one of the reasons we chose the property. It made it completely useless to use. I notified staff the first day, but they did not get sand during our stay. Kitchen could use more hand/drying towels and tupperware containers. A small cooler would be nice to have for the beach. The pool was colder than most (we swam in 2 other pools (VRBO/AIRBNB) while we were down there. We did not receive a code for check in. We had to call to get the lock box code. Had a pretty quick response from staff.

The house was beautiful and on a very quiet residential street. We felt safe and comfortable and, honestly, right at home. Pool: The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to keep warm in Mid-March. There were steps entering the pool, and depth ranged from maybe 3.5 ft to 6.5 ft (I'm estimating). My kids spent many, many hours swimming and playing in the water. Towels: There were plenty of bath towels of excellent quality. There was one beach towel per person in the linen closet for us to use. Linens: The beds and bedding were excellent. There was a variety of pillows and the linens were of exceptional quality. Appliances: There was a coffee maker, blender, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer and dryer. Although some of the appliances appeared a little older with some rust spots, everything worked perfectly. Supplies: There was a small starter pack of items for household use. There was one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper (in each bathroom). There were two dishwasher packs and some dish soap. We bought extra toilet paper, paper towels, Multi-purpose cleaner, dishwasher packs, laundry detergent, dryer sheets and Dawn dish soap. We left all of our extras for the next guest to use. Extras: The garage had pool floats, diving rings & sticks, several beach chairs, an infant lifejacket and a toddler lifejacket (30-50 lb). There was plenty of room to park our Chevy Traverse in the garage. We would have liked to have access to a small stick vacuum for cleaning up tracked in sand and kids' cracker crumbs, but other than that, everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay at this property again!!! The booking process and communication about the rental agreement was clear. The pack n' play we had rented for our little one was in the home and waiting for us when we arrived. Everything was just as it was described online.

Our stay was wonderful. A few things I would do differently if it were my rental home is provide paper products at least a couple rolls of paper towels and tp. Also there was 0 laundry detergent but the binder stated there would be a starter of it. The house was clean but the ceiling fans have not been cleaned. The floor tiles in 1 of the bedrooms are broken and the grout was falling out of a main walk way. We have stayed in a couple different homes and have always had a couple condiments in the fridge. I don’t know if it’s a Covid thing but it’s wasteful for us to throw away food unless it’s not booked often enough. One last thing I had never had to sign a legal agreement while staying at an air B&B. That threw me off and wished I had known it ahead of booking. Overall it was a great place for us to enjoy the great Florida weather. We didn’t want to leave. Everyone I felt with was very nice and helpful.
