The room was clean and bed was comfortable but on January 20th the elevator malfunctioned and I was trapped inside for over 20 minutes. I finally had to force the doors open myself to squeeze out. The elevator remained out of service for all guests the rest of that day and part of the next day until they were able to get it repaired. I am deeply traumatized by this experience. I received no apology from management or any type of compensation as a result of this mishap. I travel to this location frequently for work but will not be staying at this hotel again.

My door did not shut properly. I had to yank on it to have it close. The room was clean, but had a strange odor like it had been a smoking room???? The water pressure was horrible. I had to pull hard and hold for quite a bit to get the water to come out of the showerhead. The pool room was just way too hot to even use the pool or hot tub. In the winter that might be nice, but not in the summer. The staff was absolutely the best. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast meal was great and had many options. It was easy to park and get into the building. It was very clean and nothing look old or worn out. The price was reasonable and so I would probably stay again.

Reasonably quiet for bike week. Breakfast was greasy, we only ate one day of the 4 days we were there. Room was fairly clean with the exception of the bathroom. One wall had quite a bit of mold next to the shower and the phone cord was covered in filth. We were only in the room to sleep and shower so it didnt bother us too much.

Hotel appears to have been renovated. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and pool area. Desk staff was super friendly and accommodating to our kids. Would stay again.

This place was so clean. The staff was so nice and go out of their way to make us happy. We had the suite which came with a seperated bedroom with a kind and 2 queens in the other room. It was exactly the amout of space we needed for our family of 5!

The property recently changed from a Super8. The remodeling looks great, but there are still signs around that say 'Super8' instead of 'AmericInn'. We thought the room was noisy. We were on the ground floor, which may have made the parking lot noise worse, but we could also hear a lot of hallway conversations and doors slamming. Our reservation from Expedia was not received by the property, which greatly delayed check-in, but staff worked with Expedia and we got a room for close to the amount we had expected to pay.

There was an unruley family group drinking beer and vaping in the pool area, they took my towels and room key, and the hotel staff was indignant with me when I complained. After I got back to my room, was running in the halls until after midnight. Hot rub and pool are a smaller design than I'm used to seeing at AmericInns.

There was just one person working the entire hotel. She cleaned rooms, cooked breakfast and checked in guests. She was obviously stressed and she was less than welcoming when we arrived. The building is showing its age.

We stayed for a baseball tournament and this was a perfect location. Close to the fields and many restaurants. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. We would stay again!

Lots of parking and easy access. Staff was friendly, room was clean and air was on to a cool 68 deg. Fidge was on and cool but had to turn it colder for medication and cold drinks. But most placrs do turn the warmer between stays. The breakfast room is in the lobby , hardly anyone in the hotel but we got stuck with very noisy children next to our room.

Hotel was great. Worth driving from Rhinelander to stay. We were at a tournament in Rhinelander. This hotel was rated higher than the Rhinelander hotels and was much cheaper. Other tournament families stayed at Rhinelander hotels and were not happy. Glad we decided to go here.

Reasonably quiet for bike week. Breakfast was greasy, we only ate one day of the 4 days we were there. Room was fairly clean with the exception of the bathroom. One wall had quite a bit of mold next to the shower and the phone cord was covered in filth. We were only in the room to sleep and shower so it didnt bother us too much.

This was a great place to stay while up north visiting family. Great pool area and fitness center and a wonderful breakfast with lots of choices.

My door did not shut properly. I had to yank on it to have it close. The room was clean, but had a strange odor like it had been a smoking room???? The water pressure was horrible. I had to pull hard and hold for quite a bit to get the water to come out of the showerhead. The pool room was just way too hot to even use the pool or hot tub. In the winter that might be nice, but not in the summer. The staff was absolutely the best. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast meal was great and had many options. It was easy to park and get into the building. It was very clean and nothing look old or worn out. The price was reasonable and so I would probably stay again.

Not many choices in town. Nothing wrong with the hotel. Breakfast attendant was not keeping the “eggs and sausage” stocked. It was just low quality microwave eggs and sausage. I got the last few and then it just sat empty for 15-20 minutes as others came down for breakfast.

we enjoyed our stay, we were there several days and had to ask to have the room refreshed, just wanted towel and trash removed daily. they always did it once we aked it would have been nice not to have to ask. Otherwise the stay was great, easy to get to where we want to go from there. Staff very helpful. we will stay there again!

Very happy. Would stay again for sure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfy slept really well. The hot tub was so clean and nice and hot. The breakfast in the morning was very good too
