LUXURY PRIVATE SURF VILLA -LARGE POOL - SANTA TERESA BEACH ~BEST KEPT SECRET

We wanted a location close to the beach, restaurants and shops and this place did not disappoint. Perfect for us with three girls in their early twenties. We loved Anis and Chez Coco for breakfast, Muchacha and Somos, Katana and Manzu for dinner…. All within walking distance. The beach is just a block away also. The concierge was great with bookings for us and recommendations.We rented an UTV to get around to Montezuma, Curu and Malala’s for excursions. There plenty of parking for two of those.The bedrooms are air conditioned, but the rest of the home is not making it hot during the day. There plenty of fans to help but without being higher up you just don’t get the breeze from the beach. The salt pool is older and the skimmer wasn’t working so we had to clean it frequently, but the pool area is really pretty with all the flowers around it. We had an ongoing issue with the fridge / freezer which the concierge was really good at getting maintenance out, unfortunately it really didn’t resolve before we left. Definitely great location and very cool home. Would consider again if we make it back to Santa Teresa.RegardsLiean

Chantal’s property is the best! This is our 2nd vacation here and we had another amazing stay. It’s across the street from beach access which is the best location possible without staying actually on the beach. The bedrooms are very comfortable and styled very well. Loved the doors that open from the bedrooms to the pool deck. The kitchen is fully stocked and we enjoyed cooking many of our meals during our stay. The large kitchen table made our dinners timeless. We also used it for playing games at night. Rocio, the concierge, was very accommodating and accessible during our stay. She can help you book any of the excursions you wish to enjoy during your stay. The outdoor pool is so fun and refreshing after being in the hot sun on the beach. Property is very safe and secure. Mario is the caretaker and lives in apartment behind the house and is very discreet, but helpful if needed. You will absolutely love your vacation if you stay in this house. I highly recommend it.

Santa Teresa is such a beautiful place! We absolutely loved this Villa right in the heart of this beautiful area. It is well equipped with everything you could possible imagine. The concierge and owner have amazing recommendations and helped us enjoy everything this beautiful area had to offer from gorgeous beaches, great food and chef services, laundry service, fishing and anything else you could possible imagine. We will be back!

This home is right in the heart of Santa Teresa. several very good restaurants in walking distance to across the street. Gorgeous beach 1 block walk from the home. comfortable beds, salt water pool and every thing you need kitchen. The check in and check out procedure was perfect, we will be back !!@

We truly enjoyed our stay at La Lorra Beach Villa! Home was beautiful and easily accommodated our group of 6. Location was great- walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Great surf spot 2 minutes from the house. Fun live music across the street a few nights during our stay. Angela was extremely helpful and very responsive from the moment we booked the Villa and throughout our stay. Hariel (spelling?) was wonderful as well. We loved Santa Teresa and hope to come back soon! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
