We were looking for somewhere nearby-ish Decorah to stay for the weekend. This cabin was a great place for my husband and I and our pup! It had everything we needed for a nice weekend away. I enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake, and watching a pair of geese with their new babies.

Very beautiful property, all 5 of us enjoyed our stay very much. There was only one down thing, and that was the lack of cellphone service. Strangely enough, my cellphone was the only one of 5 that had the internet (Verizon service), so everyone used my phone to access the internet and make calls. But other than that, our stay was 5-star across the board.
