Pros - good value for price - comfortable beds - 30 minute drive from beach - quiet and safe neighborhood - 10 minute walk to marina - window ac units - dog friendly - WiFi and streaming for movies - functional kitchen Cons - dirty dishes, silverware, pots and pans in cabinets - bedroom doors do not latch - dirty underwear and trash left on deck - mildewy porch furniture- incredibly small shower - foliage near driveway makes backing out difficult with minimum visibility - cramped kitchen - unreliable oven; smokes when preheating

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little pet friendly cottage in a quiet neighborhood, close to the bay. We were visiting my son’s family who lived nearby, and this place was perfect for my husband and I to have our own space for ourselves and our dogs after spending the days with the grandkids at the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the back yard for the dogs. .. The only negative thing I could say is that the house does not have Central Air, and we were staying there in the hottest weekend ( over 100 degrees) so far this year. It took us a while to get the house comfortable on the first day we arrived with the window AC units. Also, the day was unusually hot, so that was probably unavoidable. Overall , we liked the place, and would rent there again in another family visit.

The carpeting in all rooms, especially dining room were filthy. I absolutely would not let a baby crawl or even walk on it. There was a terrible smell in the dining room which was trying to be covered by mothballs which made it worse. Most of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. There was not a complete set of silverware and the bath towels were in horrible shape. My cousin had to bring some of hers over for us. Furniture outdated and we had to buy our own lightbulbs for some of the lamps. The deck railings had mold and needed to be spray washed. Wouldn’t stay again unless all these things were attended to.
