We had a great time at this property! Everything was clean and the place is beautiful. Furniture overall could use some upgrades. A handrail for entering the pool is much needed! Please consider adding this for people with physical disabilities. We would definitely stay here again. Nice area overall, convenient and felt safe.

The property was beautiful and it was very accommodating and spacious for two families of four. Plenty of linens and towels as well as full access for laundering. Kitchen was well stocked for dishes, cookware, utensils, and even spices. The pool and lanai were well used given the August heat being unseasonable for June. Plenty of gear to use for our trips to the beach too!A suggestion for the host would be additional trash bags. We stayed close to property and ate just about every meal on site - 8 people go through a lot of food in one week, and we found it a nuisance to have to purchase more trash bags. Laundry, dish, or dishwasher soap may be a preference that visitors want to make their own purchase, but more can liners should be provided. We also attempted to use the outdoor speakers, and spent some time trying to figure out the system; no written instructions. We gave up. We had Bluetooth speakers with us. We reported the issue at checkout only to be told the outdoor speakers weren’t working. Would have been nice to know at the start versus spending time trying to figure it out. The property manager was great to work with - always available! Even when our arrival time was after 11:30PM, we let her know we had arrived and were able to access the home and she acknowledged our message. She was very helpful throughout our entire trip. Would definitely consider this property again if our travels take us back to Cape Coral.

We love staying here! Plenty of room for the family, right on the canal and the pool and hot tub are amazing. Easy check in and great communication!

A beautiful house, very clean. Centrally located and yet very quiet location on the canal. Pleasant neighborhood.

Great vacation rental and experience! Everything was exactly as the listing and pictures described. Everyone we dealt with were wonderful and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!!
