Nice,comfortable,clean,quiet. We had our dog with us and it was easy to access outside yard , plenty of room in house. Looks small on outside but was surprising how big on inside.

We had the most amazing time reuniting in this beautifully peaceful setting! The house was just perfect for all 6 of us plus 2 dogs. It was sparkling clean and fully equipped. The hosts are great and were very helpful! I will most definitely be back soon! Thank you Chad and Amber

The house was very clean and the downstairs was cool. The upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot and it took hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature. It had Wi-Fi but when we tried to watch streaming tv it just kept restarting the show. But we didn’t go there to watch tv, we went to ride the roads and see the sights and it was a very comfortable stay with everything in good working order.

A cozy home with everything you could need and lots of great amenities. Chad’s place left more of an impression than just a good night’s rest — the kind of spot that quietly restores your faith in hospitality. I accidentally left my battery-powered light behind, and they were kind enough to send it back to me after our stay — truly going above and beyond! I really appreciated their kindness and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful area, well kept homes, and friendly people. When we arrived at the cabin it was in perfect condition. So squeaky clean and as soon as we walked in we knew we weee going to love it. My sister who is disabled loved the Master Bedroom and the convenience of the bath so close. The other sister loves the log bed and she and her 3 year old grandad slept in there. She was impressed with the bath being close too. She is a fanatic about having a clean home and said the home was immaculate. I agree. I love sleeping upstairs. I chose a nice comfy room on the left upstairs. Slept very well and the air conditioning unit was great. Next time I go, and I will return, I will sleep in the other bedroom. Darker in there and with my eyes so sensitive to light. I did notice some knats because if the lighting but I used my Kant spray on me and nothing bothered me. The home is equipped with everything you need. I would give it 100% perfect! The owner Chad was very helpful and gave good directions to stores in area and distance. I loved every minute of the stay. I just wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely make this a getaway spot. I can’t say enough good things about this home. Loved loved loved it!

We spent one night at this house. Everything was lovely from the cleanliness, to the furniture, to the small touches like coffee. There was just the two of us but there is plenty of space for a bigger group. We hope to be back to explore more of this beautiful area and we would stay here again.

Amber and Chad were so amazing and very kind. They always made sure to reply to our texts really fast before and through our stay. They were very flexible with time and situations. They both recommended us some really cool rivers to visit closeby as well. The home itself was very clean and well kept. All seven of us definitely enjoyed our stay. We recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in West Virginia with an amazing view and a lot of places to visit closeby.

Visiting back in Upper Tract for a celebration of a church’s 225th anniversary, our family found this VRBO to stay in overnight. Our stay although too short was splendid and our lodging at this VRBO made it better. Make sure to stay here when you visit Pendleton County because the place and property owners are fantastic.

Location is perfectly central to all that we wanted to do. Size & amenities were great. We enjoyed the visits for the neighborhood cat. Host very attentive. Only wish he had more vacation homes just like this one, because we were unable to book with him next year for the same week. He was so helpful in trying to find us another location near this one. Keep being such a super host family.

Another phenomenal stay at Chads Place. Our Hosts went above and beyond for our stay. It had all the amenities we needed for our one week visit.
