15 Min Walk to Beach w/ Kayaks!

Check in was easy breezy. Kitchen appliances are in good condition.

fun time. good location. table tennis was fun. we never figured out the kayak situation, though. always a bonus when we can bring out pup.

We loved many things about this property. Very clean. Great outdoor space. Lots of fun games. Great communication with the management company. However, the house interior feels awkward (can't open the back door if the fridge is open; the door to the deck from the dining room is practically useless), the common areas are all tile and hardwood, making the space cacophonous, and much of the lighting is harsh (lots of bare bulbs disguised as lamps). There's not a lot of warmth or coziness to the interior space. But, again, it was very clean, in a great location, had an enjoyable outdoor space, the beds were comfy, and we very much enjoyed our time there. It just has the potential to be much more than it currently is.

The house was very nice and had all the comforts we wanted, as well as some fun games in the unfinished basement such as ping pong and foosball. It is a little strange that the front door opens into the unfinished basement and then you go upstairs to get into the main house, which is very nice and comfortable, although more lighting and fixing the doors to get out onto the deck would be helpful. The location is nice with the walk to the bay and a short drive to downtown Wellfleet and the National Seashore. We were somewhat disappointed that the kayaks were not at the bay as advertised and discussed by email exchange before our trip, but to their credit the management company provided kayak carts partway through our stay so we could get the kayaks down to the bay. Overall this was a nice house.

We could not have been happier with this home. Not only was the location. Perfect but it had a beautiful yard. Everything we needed immaculate interior.
