Ideally Located West Palm Beach Apartment!

The shower used an electric heater, so the hot water was inconsistent, sometimes extremely hot, other times uncomfortably cold. The water pressure was also very low, at times feeling like just a dribble. The toilet water was consistently yellowish, which might have been due to well water, but it still looked unpleasant. Aside from these issues, the rest of the apartment was very nice and worked perfectly for our biking and beach outings.

Great 1 br unit with very responsive property manager

The trip was for business for both my wife and I. The check in time was 4PM, we arrived to the property at 6PM. When arriving to the property the unit did not have power. With no electricity the condition of the unit was uninhabitable. There was a dead cockroach in the kitchen, dead flies, and other insects. After contacting the owner, we were "amended" another unit on the property. The amended unit was used prior to being given to us, leftover food in the fridge, dirty dishes, uncleaned bed. I call the owner again to give a condition status. For 2 hours we were on the phone trying to sort out an issue we should not have been dealing with in the first place. They told us they will come by and clean the amended unit and to go out for the evening. Now it is 8PM and both my wife and I are exhausted after traveling all day from 7 in the morning to 8 in the evening, hoping to get rest we are told to go out again. With no other choice we went out and came back to the property at 11:30PM. They were just leaving, and both my wife and I were very disgruntled as we needed to rest after being out all day and were attending to business the next day. In the end I contacted the owner to get compensation about the condition and was told the amended unit was enough compensation. We were told a refund was "too much", and that they were going to get back in contact with me regarding the situation but now is almost a month later, never followed up. Disappointed with my experience.

For the price it was excellent. They had some things like the bed and the shower head. The bed was squeaky and moved a lot when rolling over or repositioning. The shower head leaked quit a bit which was quite annoying. Some plumbers tape and a crescent wrench should fix that. Other than that it was excellent! Security cameras and nice little courtyard. It was cozy and clean.

Not to spacious but comfortable for jus couples. Shower-head still hasn't been replaced since my complaint 2mos. ago. Towels were clean but face rags were stained. Rented back in May 2024 I saw no bugs but after my return in July there were a couple. I think for the price of staying here for a week there should also be a later check-out for families to prep after sleeping in. I rate this place regardless of my complaints a (4star) because its comfortable n cute.
