Condo was clean and met all of our needs. The location is prime... right on the lake with a dock for easy lake access. Only 10 minutes to downtown, Garvan Woodland Gardens, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property perfect for the 2 of us! Very clean and well stocked for us! Can’t wait to come back. Great swimming area right out the back door so bring some floats with you!!

Second time staying here and works perfect for us! Love the view, the access to get around and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen has the necessities but we usually go out for coffee and eating in the area. There are some stairs, but nothing too challenging. The lake is always very quiet and lovely during sunset.

Extremely clean. Every surface had been cleaned and I mean everything in the unit was spotless! The decor was easy and comfie. Nice peaceful area as well. My husband was able to walk out the back door straight down to the pier for some fishing. Very relaxing trip.

This condo was perfect for what we needed. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was about 10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. The only downside is that the entrance for the parking lot is a sharp turn and steep, so it was tough to get in and out of during 5 o’clock traffic

My husband and I arrived to find a very clean condo, tastefully decorated. Everything appears to be well cared for and maintained. Truely the lake is steps outside the door and sitting on the little porch with coffee in the morning was so nice. Many good places to eat nearby and Bathhouse Row is 10-15 minutes away. While we didn't cook while there, we did use the coffee maker. Coffee, filters, and creamer/sugar were also generously provided. I noticed some spices in the pantry as well. As far as restaurants in the immediate area, we tried Fisherman's Wharf, Mama's Little Italy, Rise and Dine and Santorini's. (TRY SANTORINI'S- sort of a hidden gem). We hiked the first two days and kayaked the 3rd day. (We used Lucky's kayak rental and shuttle service and had a great experience). The only negative thing I could say is that there was the smell of old smoke each time we came into the condo. It reminded me of getting into a car that had been smoked in at one time. But it's not a deal breaker by any means. I hope to come back and would stay in this place in a heartbeat! If you like a very dark room to sleep in, you may want to bring eye mask. I think my eyelids are like a lizards... I can see any sort of light. Just a suggestion if you're sensitive like that. Overall we loved our time here!

The space is nice. There was a lingering cigarette smoke smell that made enjoying the property difficult. The property is clean, just the smell was off-putting. It may have come from the neighbors. It was noticeable as we both have allergies that were activated because of the smell. The smell is in the vents and air ducts.

Great location on lake Hamilton nestled bay with swimming dock and nice view. Very clean, well decorated condo on lower level . Rated a 5 despite a little foot step noise from unit above. Grwat for romantic getaway or staying with family

very clean ... wi-fi was excellent/fast - you never know about some places ... ton of amenities ... great location - not far at all from the tourist stores downtown & shopping and restaurants around Central Ave and Mall St if you take Higdon Ferry Rd ... Next time we visit Hot Springs we'll definitely stay there!

Perfect size place. We loved the bed, it was a king and so comfortable. We loved having a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms too. Perfect weather in November and we enjoyed sipping coffee looking at the lake.

Nice view and loved the location. Bubba's restaurant was right across the street. Literally 10 miles from anywhere in Hot Springs. Very clean condo and comfy bed too.

Clean, convenient location, gorgeous view. I didn't come across anything that was not provided by the host. Truly felt like this was home away from home. We look to book again this year for a long weekend away when it is warmer so we can enjoy the view. EXCELLENT price for all of the above.

We used the Relaxing Roost as a home base to explore Hot Springs. Was convenient to the park, the casino, Garvan Woodland Gardens and Lake Catherine State Park by car. Condo was clean and well-stocked, worked great for the two of us. The entrance is easy to miss the first time - look for the Hamilton Shores sign.

The only negative thing I could say is that there was the smell of old smoke each time we came into the condo. It reminded me of getting into a car that had been smoked in at one time. But it's not a deal breaker by any means. I hope to come back and would stay in this place in a heartbeat! If you like a very dark room to sleep in, you may want to bring eye mask. I think my eyelids are like a lizards... I can see any sort of light. Just a suggestion if you're sensitive like that. Overall we loved our time here!

My husband and I arrived to find a very clean condo, tastefully decorated. Everything appears to be well cared for and maintained. Truely the lake is steps outside the door and sitting on the little porch with coffee in the morning was so nice. Many good places to eat nearby and Bathhouse Row is 10-15 minutes away. While we didn't cook while there, we did use the coffee maker. Coffee, filters, and creamer/sugar were also generously provided. I noticed some spices in the pantry as well. As far as restaurants in the immediate area, we tried Fisherman's Wharf, Mama's Little Italy, Rise and Dine and Santorini's. (TRY SANTORINI'S- sort of a hidden gem). We hiked the first two days and kayaked the 3rd day. (We used Lucky's kayak rental and shuttle service and had a great experience). Beautiful condo, beautiful view. We had so much fun grilling steaks and sitting on the patio enjoying the lake view and the each other’s company. Great central location. Close to everything Hot Springs has to offer.

It was very convenient, easy to get places and choices of eating were better than expected. There were great food trucks just down the road and there was also a restaurant/bar across the street. Not to mention a great view of the lake. Very quiet at night and truly enjoyed the night time view and relaxation. Even got to wake up to the geese each morning! Will visit again!!

The owners were excellent with communication and made the process very easy. Very quiet area (in December). Kitchen is equipped with all the supplies you need. Would stay here again.

This was a great place for a romantic anniversary weekend. Even better we walked under the highway bridge to Bubba Brews. Great food and service. Only wish it had been a little warmer weather but not complaining.

Second time staying here and works perfect for us! Love the view, the access to get around and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen has the necessities but we usually go out for coffee and eating in the area. There are some stairs, but nothing too challenging. The lake is always very quiet and lovely during sunset.

Perfect size place. We loved the bed, it was a king and so comfortable. We loved having a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms too. Perfect weather in November and we enjoyed sipping coffee looking at the lake.

Cute little place right on the water. It's nice that there are no minimum days to rent so perfect for a one-night stay. Communication with the host was easy when a question came up. I don't think it is noted on the listing, but this apartment is downstairs.

There wasn’t anything for the oven, ie: cake pan, pizza pan. Also not much for dish clothes and dish towels. We did a long term stay so felt it should have included some of those items.
