Stupenda villa con piscina sulla costa di Barcellona. Spettacolare vista sul mare.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it to friends and family. The sea views were amazing, and a highlight of the holiday. It was a real home from home. Great size pool and the villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The only one slight negative was the steep hill up to the villa. This wasn't a problem for us but may be for those with mobility issues.Sant Pol de Mar was a lovely, quaint town with a great atmosphere, beach, and amenities.

Das Haus hat einen unglaublich schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage, die Aufteilung der Räume, die Küche, die Terrassen waren für uns perfekt. Der Gastgeber war gut zu erreichen und hat uns über alles informiert. Es wäre allerdings noch ein bisschen „Luft nach oben“, was die Sauberkeit und den Renovierungsbedarf betrifft. Uns hat es aber sehr gut gefallen und wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

You will have to have a car for this house since it is so far out and hard to get too. One Uber driver almost got stuck on the dirt road because of the potholes. There is no AC or fans. So it was very uncomfortable. Being your own toilet paper and towels. You get one roll of toilet paper. The house view is great. I will say it is beautiful. Just the inconveniences outweighed the view. The smell…we sprayed as much Lysol as we could. There is not a cleaning crew.. so the dust is a lot too. I travel for a living and this is the o my negative review I have ever given. We had an emergency and had to leave early. I have the email- even with Insurance he refused to pay. Be very careful when looking this property.
