Beautiful PCB Getaway < 3 Mi to the Beach!

I’m glad everything was smooth upon checking in after not being able to contact anyone and the cleanliness could have been better. We got in very late on Tuesday night but I did take a few photos to show you there was cleaning supplies here so I was able to take care of them myself. The grill wasn’t even touched there was food and utensils on it from previous guest so we didn’t use and is still left as found, the blinds for the back door were broken, a bunch of cigarette packs in the planter out back which wasn’t a big issue since it’s outside, the garage was not clean and very unorganized, hairs in the showers and sinks, onion peel in the freezer, very minor spot in the fridge, the carpets going up the stairs and in the main level bedroom had small stained spots, water bottles in the closets, previous guest items in the night stands. Also for maintenance the dryer keeps turning once opening the door if not turned in the off position. Thanks for the stay we still managed to make our trip enjoyable even though the communication with the host needs big improvement never returned any of my messages. Also waiting to hear back from host we left a Dyson hair dyer in the upstairs bedroom nightstand and she has still yet to return my calls.

Townhouse was extremely nice and we really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! Located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, the house felt welcoming from the moment we walked in—the fresh, inviting scents from the air fresheners set a great first impression. The home is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, with noticeable updates like new patio cushions, fresh decor, and recently replaced upstairs carpeting. (I appreciated that the owners took previous feedback seriously and changed the carpet.) The house was spotless, and I felt completely at ease with the level of cleanliness—something that’s rare for me when staying away from home. While packing up, my daughter did find an open bag of Cheetos under her bed, and my sister-in-law discovered a baby pacifier under the master bed. My husband checked the third bed and found nothing, so it seems like just a minor oversight in an otherwise very clean home. Additionally, a few slats on the back door blinds were missing or broken, so that’s something that could use attention. On the plus side, we loved the thoughtful touches like a closet full of games (even though we didn’t use them) and a garage stocked with beach accessories, which made our beach trip much easier. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience and I would absolutely recommend this property to others!

Very nice house, all of us were very happy

I would totally recommend booking this townhouse! Excellent location, beautiful neighborhood and the pool was amazing and only a short walk away! This was our first attempt at a family vacation with our dog and it worked out perfectly. The place was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. A big thank you to Aline, the property manager. She was very helpful and easy to contact! We hated to leave!!!
