The Ardèche region, so popular with nature lovers, is practically on your doorstep. Here you can indulge your thirst for adventure: Canoeing, rafting and canyoning are on the daily programme. Idyllic villages like La Roque-sur-Cèze and Aiguèze surround you. The village of Méjannes-le-Clap, 10 km away, offers a variety of leisure activities: Cycling, horse riding, tennis, mini golf, outdoor swimming pool. The nearby charming villages of Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie and Uzès are definitely worth a visit. Numerous Provençal shops tempt you with regional specialities. Buses will take you from Uzès to the cultural city of Nîmes, where there are numerous Roman monuments.
