Small but priced right.

This was a cute little unit. King size bed, dresser, little living room area with a TV with satellite, a fully equipped kitchen. Anything you could need in the kitchen and bath. It's not the only unit in the house, so you will likely have neighbors, but they don't have access to your unit. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay!

Cozy place, best for just a couple people. Place could be cleaner, kitchen cookware could be improved and updated, and washer could use a cleaning. The neighbors are not friendly. I was taking a midday walk talking on the phone and one of the neighbors called the police on me due to recent break-ins. The lady neighbor stopped to interrogate me, and I told her the Truth on how to prevent break-ins by placing Jesus Christ name above all external doorways which will prevent the devil from entering as Jesus Christ is the passover lamb. She didn't want to hear about that and called the police right away. I told the police the same thing and at least they showed a bit of interest in the Truth and spiritual technology that I provided. I probably won't stay their again due to the unfriendly neighbor, but the rates are good.

Very nice. Quiet neighborhood. Close to boat ramp and parking for boat. Very convient.

Perfect accomodations for a weekend at a very pretty lake and area. Nice neighborhood, good proximity to lake, town of Stockton, and clean, spacious studio with nice kitchen.
