Neu erbautes 3-Schlafzimmer Hispaniola Beachfront Apartment (Sosua) !!!!

Let me just get to the key reasons why I would encourage people not to waste their money here. 1. Cockroaches and Waterbugs the size of my palm were throughout the inside of the property. 2. Told that we needed to leave for a couple of hours so the property could be fumigated (aka, the cleaning lady spraying a can of roach spray), only to arrive back with more bugs (this time medium and small roaches coming out of the drains in the shower). 3. I paid 150 on the app for a Private Chef and was told after the fact that the pricing was not accurate and never received the service or a refund after multiple requests. 4. 9 days after my trip and still no response regarding my request for compensation to some extent, due to the bug infestation. So, despite the beautiful grounds and pleasant staff, our trip was ruined because we were uncomfortable with the roaches.

There are two parts to my review. The first part is for the host and house manager. The host was very responsive and communicated clearly, he provided clear instructions on steps to ensure smooth entry into the country and connected me to the house manager. The house manager was also very responsive and answered all questions we had. She connected with a Taxi driver who was extremely nice and drove us to numerous destinations throughout the trip.The 2nd part of my review is on the apartment. I had very high expectations for this apartment but was greatly disappointed! There were spiders, cobwebs, cockroaches, and other insects crawling on the dining table! I had to purchase a repellent spray "Raid" to kill the unwanted guest! We all had to keep our bags zipped to prevent transporting roches back to our house. One of the bathrooms had a horrible smell so we only used 2 of the bathrooms. There also wasn't anything to do at the property besides the pool and beach. Overall, I will not recommend this apartment due to its cleanliness.

Casa Time was great as always, however the beach which is very doable has a trash problem, this was never the case before. The property folks try to maintain the main beach but the beach to the left was filthy, there was even a body of a dead dog that washed up. Now this is not a Casa Tim issue and maybe the beach to the left does not belong to Hispaniola beach but something must be done to restore the beauty and experience

We have a two week family vacation to Sosua staying in a superb Condo. The property was clean and comfortable, having everything we needed for our stay. Great location and superb complex with a large swimming pool and shady deck a beach fron access. Very good.
