Lavish King Suite With 5 Pools and 2 Hot Tubs!

Our family had a wonderful extended weekend trip! The location is great, very convenient, and being on the 2nd floor is great because the elevator wait times can be a little tedious. We condo itself was fairly clean, we had to wash the sheets for the pull-out before using them but assumed the folks before us just put them away after use but luckily, the owner included laundry detergent so it wasn’t an issue! The layout was perfect for our family of 6 to sleep more than comfortably and the girls loved the bunk room! You MUST take the owners suggestion and visit Parlor Donuts, it’s literally the best!

Please avoid this place at all costs! DO NOT STAY HERE! The check in process was unprofessional, staff was rude as all get out. The room details were misleading so we didn't have enough room. The parking decks are not connected to the buildings so you are walking a mile in every direction. The place is huge and only have TWO elevators for 30 plus floors??? And the waits are ridiculous. Then on the next to last day our room lock stopped working and they WOULD NOT send maintenance to repair! WTH??? At this point i was done. This place was the pits. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We had a issue with AC when we got there and I contacted the owner and he had someone put to us within a few hours definitely can not find that kind of costumer service anywhere now a days!!!

Great place other than the long walk to our room and the service we got from lulus restaurant. The owners tried to blame my 2 year old and 8 year old of spitting off of our balcony. My 2 year old doesn’t even know how to spit, and my 8 year old would NEVER!! Not to mention, I was outside with them the whole 5 minutes we was outside. I’m Very disappointed they didn’t look further into who really did do it. The lulus restaurant server didn’t give any refills or even check on us after giving us the food. They also told our family jumping in the pool was not aloud when other days at the pools a great amount of other kids were jumping in and nothing was being said to them. It could be a 5 star stay, but I’m giving it a 2 maybe 3

We enjoyed our stay at this location & how easy it was to access. The only downfall is that our wifi was not working correctly, but besides that it was amazing!
