Haven on Highway 12

This is a lovely little home located in the tiny village of Escalante. The house was well stocked and had all the amenities you might need for a short stay (less than 5 days). My only caution is that if you are planning to use this as a base for a longer stay (over 5 days), there is no washer and dryer. And for those of us who are hiking in the dusty canyons, clothes get dirty really fast! There was also no laundromat in town. Escalante is very small with one grocery store with limited items. Recommend you stock up in Torrey or another town with a larger population. But this home is ideal if you want to visit the Escalante area and Bryce Canyon.

This was the perfect quaint stop and great for two couples to enjoy after a long day of traveling and hiking.

Fantastic place, comfortable beds, great location!

Clean and comfortable, had everything the family needed, plenty of room for astronomy in the backyard.

Great location, super cute and clean and the beds were great. We enjoyed an evening by the fire pit with the wood that was provided. My only complaint was there wasn't a spatula and no wine glasses
