The condo was wonderful and the views are breathtaking. The location was great, not to far from anything. Being able to walk straight down to the beach and the chair service was great! The only issue we had was sometimes there would be someone else parked in our assigned parking spot but this was solved with a phone call.

We absolutely loved our stay over the 4th of July! This condo was the perfect location to see several fireworks shows in surrounding towns right from the beach - it was magical! The condo itself is spacious and perfect for a family - my kids loved having their own room with two comfy beds and a TV. And my husband and I loved the large kitchen and open layout. Plus the view of the waves from the balcony is outstanding! The ease of getting to and from the beach can’t be beat. The boardwalk is short and puts you on the beach right where the included beach chair setup is placed near the water. The private beach aspect made it feel like we had the ocean to ourselves. It was the perfect place to be with young kids who need something from the condo every ten minutes - we could easily go upstairs for lunch and then come right back down to enjoy the beach some more. The host was very accommodating and promptly answered some questions about our oversized vehicle and even helped us get a package delivered when we forgot something and had to order on Amazon! We will definitely be back!

100% recommend. Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Beach access was perfect, very little crowds where we were. The place was very clean and well taken care of. It is a few flights of stairs which was no issue for our family and totally worth the breathtaking views from the balcony. The property manager was great to work with as well. We drove to both Destin and Seaside and it was an easy trip to both. But there are plenty of restaurants closer by, you don't have to drive far. The chair set up was very nice to have, we just added and additional umbelrella.

We love staying in this condominium. The unit was very well furnished. We brought a number of things from home thinking we would need them, but most everything needed was already there. Its proximity to the beach is awesome – just a few steps away. And one of the best parts, was the daily chair and umbrella service.! We would definitely stay here again

This was the perfect spot! On the beach, good price! It had all of the amenities I always wish for when I book a trip to Blue Mountain (which is a lot because it’s my fave) -beach towels, beach chairs to sit by the surf & 2 chairs with umbrella, flashlights, ice chestsss, washer/dryer! The water was nice & hot. The wifi was actually pretty good for us which is odd for this area! I loved the secludedness of not having to be at the public access. The only downside was the odd parking situation and narrow driveway but I can barely even remember that, the place was so good! Eileen was so responsive, easy to talk to and helpful! Definitely would like to stay again if available in the future!

This is a great gulf front property conveniently located to many restaurants that we love. Easy walk to several spots and in a quiet complex. The views from the master bedroom are excellent!…. Almost looks as if you’re on top of the water during high tide. The unit/building itself is a little dated but very clean and had everything you would need to kick off your trip like coffee, beach cooler, & chairs which we appreciated. The unit was a nice size for 3 of us (myself, husband, & mother in law). Eileen the owner was great with communication and any questions we had. Would stay here again!

This was our 3rd time staying in the Blue Mountain area and found this property to be a great value. The beaches were beautiful and not crowded. The inside was clean and well stocked. And, the location was perfect. I am not sure what the previous reviewer meant by feeling like there were cameras as we did not feel that way at all. We also found the property to be very clean. We hope to stay at this property again in the future.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was perfect! Spotless, clean, and had everything you could ever need. We loved how the property was sort of nestled away from the road. It was very quiet and private. You can’t ask for a better view of the gulf from the balcony!! This unit has it all!! We would definitely book again and have already discussed doing so. The property owner was excellent. She checked in on us to ensure we had a perfect stay. Ps - I’m sorry I broke your coaster lol

Unit 8 at Sun Seekers was an absolute dream! We opted to take a family vacation for our Christmas in lieu of gifts, and this was just the recharge and relaxation trip we all needed. The location was private and beautiful, the beaches were the most gorgeous we’ve ever seen them, and working with Eileen (property manager) was such a peaceful experience. She was always just a text away if needed and was very helpful with restaurant recommendations! The condo was gorgeous and presented exactly as pictured on VRBO. We were within walking or bike riding distance of everything including Santa Rosa food/shopping, minutes from Seaside, and an easy drive down 30A to Rosemary, if desired. We will definitely be repeat renters of this property. Highly, highly recommend for your next beach getaway!

Very comfortable condo — we enjoyed our stay! There were some issues with the Wi-Fi in the building (neighbors also had same issues). As soon as we left the building, we had no issues. Our phones would not always have service, either (so we could not use hotspot). Technology needs to be upgraded in that building. Perhaps adding that issue to the condo description would be very helpful, as some people depend on reliable Wi-Fi for remote work. Beds were extremely comfortable! Condo has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful beach and not overcrowded.

This was our first time booking with Vrbo and we found this gem at 30A. This unit is beach front and very well maintained. Everything went smoothly starting with booking until checkout and was perfect for my family’s spring break vacation. The property manager, Eileen, is awesome and is always a text or call away. She provided us with excellent customer service and suggested the best restaurants (which we all tried) in 30A. We definitely will be back in the summer!

She provided us with excellent customer service and suggested the best restaurants (which we all tried) in 30A. We definitely will be back in the summer!

We had an absolute wonderful trip. We left feeling so refreshed and relaxed; and also ready to book another trip to this property. It was our 6th time visiting 30A and this was our favorite spot. Eileen made the check in so easy and was awesome to respond so quickly for any need. Don’t hesitate, book this property!

What a wonderful beach experience. Great neighborhood, wonderful beach, lovely condo, friendly and helpful manager, surrounded by amazing restaurants. We were so fortunate to be able to spend our vacation here!!!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo was perfect! Spotless, clean, and had everything you could ever need. We loved how the property was sort of nestled away from the road. It was very quiet and private. You can’t ask for a better view of the gulf from the balcony!! This unit has it all!! We would definitely book again and have already discussed doing so. The property owner was excellent. She checked in on us to ensure we had a perfect stay. Ps - I’m sorry I broke your coaster lol

We loved our stay at Sun Seeker! The condo was clean and so cute and steps from the beach! The location is perfect with so many restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back!

100% recommend. Everything about this property was perfect for our family. Beach access was perfect, very little crowds where we were. The place was very clean and well taken care of. It is a few flights of stairs which was no issue for our family and totally worth the breathtaking views from the balcony. The property manager was great to work with as well. We drove to both Destin and Seaside and it was an easy trip to both. But there are plenty of restaurants closer by, you don't have to drive far. The chair set up was very nice to have, we just added and additional umbelrella.

This condo was everything we wanted plus some. It’s worth the price for sure. The check-in process was smooth, the condo was clean, and best of all (for me at least) was how comfortable the bed and pillows were! The location is super easy to find and to access local restaurants. It’s also not even a minute walk from the condo to having your toes in the sand. I can’t say how lovely it is having private beach access and the beachside service with our chairs and umbrella set up each day for us.You will NOT regret booking this place! We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect couples getaway and loved being right on the beach with beach chair service. The condo had a great view of the beach, lots of amenities, and it was easy to go back and forth to the beach all day. Loved that e were walking distance to breakfast/lunch/dinner and ice cream places. Communication with the host was great! We will definitely be back.
