We enjoyed our visit! The bed & couch were very comfortable, and overall we didn't have any major issues. The little things that we didn't like were the chairs on the balcony - they were low chairs and when you sat, the railing completely blocked your view. They need high chairs on the balcony. And our other issue was the kitchen. We cooked every night on our vacation, and that was not enjoyable. A lot of the dishes were dirty, so we did a lot of cleaning. And the appliances are all outdated or don't work at all. (ex: toaster) Lots of people on vacation don't cook - so this won't be an issue for most - but just wanted to make a note of it for those that do.

The room was clean upon arrival. Check-in and check-out processes were super easy! The exterior of the property is noticeably old, but overall well kept. I did not see an elevator on property, so it might not be ideal for those with wagons, strollers, wheelchairs, etc. The beach was easily accessible and not overly crowded. Itâs an easy walk to Pier Park and Dustyâs Oyster Bar. The main downside to the property was the nearness to the noisy street. Several nights, we were awoken by heavy traffic (horns) and sirens.

This place exceeded our expectations!! The furniture and bedroom tv were more updated than the listing pictures and the view and balcony were perfect. Loved being so close to the beach, felt like a private beach! The best thing was how well stocked the kitchen was with utensils and dishes bc we cooked all of our own meals while we were there. Would definitely stay here again it was amazing, thank you!
