We really enjoyed our weekend at this cozy cabin. The home was clean & well stocked. There is no wifi but that was ok with us. Theres plenty of dvd's and a few games. We loved the seclusion & how the cabin was surrounded by hundreds of trees. You can even walk down a trail to a little peaceful part of the lake. If you are looking to get away from the world, this is your place.

We loved this little cabin in the woods. We didn’t have any difficulty finding the property but you do need a 4WD truck. I think my Subaru outback would have still dragged. The rough part is only on a small section of the road. The property is remote which we loved. It is the woods so there are seed ticks, mosquitoes, etc. There are a few channels on TV and a dvd library if you find yourself wanting to watch TV. The walk down to the lake is a constant slope. This path would not be good for small children or anyone with mobility issues. However, my husband caught 12 bass from the bank over the days we were there so it’s a good little fishing spot! Overall, we enjoyed the privacy and the quiet and hope to return in the future. The owner was very kind to text us before our arrival to warn us about the road condition and also checked on us during our stay. It was a great place to unplug.

Absolutely beautiful area. Completely quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees. Great outdoor decks, grill, fire pit, and seating to enjoy. We walked to the water to swim. Inside very nice and clean. One bedroom, one sleeping loft, pull-out couch. No dining table inside, just a large island with lots of seats, which was plenty for us. When it's not so hot, eating outside would be great. We ate outside anyway and it really was fine because of the shade trees. Plenty of seating and a couple of tables out there. Handy washer & dryer. This hideaway cabin was exactly what we were looking for…an absolute beautiful, clean, everything we needed getaway!!! We loved the private location and the kitchen was well stocked with all utensils! We NEVER left the property except to hike a little and swim in the lake…total relaxation!!! Our host was very gracious and responded promptly to every question. Loved every minute and highly recommend this place!

This cabin is just perfect for a getaway. It’s very quiet and comfortable. There is access to the lake and a private spot for fishing. The host was very helpful and responded to questions right away. We are hoping to be able to return soon.

Slept 5 adults and 1 kid comfortably. Love the secluded location and close proximity to the boat launches. Nights at the fire pit were perfect endings to great days on the lake and exploring the towns

This was just what we needed ... a relaxing weekend in a beautiful setting. We had a little trouble finding the cabin (we didn\'t know it was called "No Wake Zone cabin," and the road was VERY rough (need an SUV or truck which we had)), but once we got there, we didn\'t want to leave. Great interior, spacious decks, beautiful views of the lake. Thank you so much!

It was such a clean and well-maintained cabin. I’ve stayed in a lot of cabins and this one is really a step up. Appliances are kept up, good furniture, good cooking utensils, great outdoor area, lots of modern touches that make it a 5 star spot

We had the best time with friends and our doggies at this cabin! It’s clean and cozy and so cute! We especially loved the fire pit. It was super quiet and private. Just be sure you’re in an suv or truck because it’s pretty steep getting there. Highly recommend and will definitely return: :)

We rented the cabin to meet with our daughter for Christmas. The cabin is exactly what we would love as a second home. The cabin had everything we needed. It was clean, just the right size and decorated very nice. The location was beautiful and quiet. I do recommend a truck or 4-wheel drive vehicle since there are a few steep places. We drove over to the dam and enjoyed the scenic views. We look forward to returning.

Once we found it, it was a little bit in the woods, wasn't hard to find. It was an all around great stay. It was quiet, cozy, and peaceful. The owner was extremely nice and helpful in communication. I will definitely go back again. Thank you!

We had such a great time!! The cabin was perfect for our family, very clean and well put together.. Everything we needed and the property was very nice!Our host was very sweet and responsive and made sure to check in with us..

We would love to stay again. You really need a truck or higher vehicle (as of July 2025) because of a couple of patches of very rocky road. It worked for us as we have a Subaru. Absolutely beautiful area. Completely quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees. Great outdoor decks, grill, fire pit, and seating to enjoy. We walked to the water to swim. Inside very nice and clean. One bedroom, one sleeping loft, pull-out couch. No dining table inside, just a large island with lots of seats, which was plenty for us. When it's not so hot, eating outside would be great. We ate outside anyway and it really was fine because of the shade trees. Plenty of seating and a couple of tables out there. Handy washer & dryer. NO WIFI so download some things to watch or have a hotspot. They also have a basket of DVDs and player. The property manager was very communicative and helpful.

This little cabin in the woods was the perfect stay! We had everything we (and our pup) needed. Sonja was very accomodating & answered any and all questions we had. It is so quiet and peaceful, we tied our boat right down in the water with no issues. There is a spot for parking boats/trailers just up the road (i dont recommend taking any boats or trailers to the cabin itsself as is does get narrow and steep in some places). We definitely hope to be back some day!

This hideaway cabin was exactly what we were looking for…an absolute beautiful, clean, everything we needed getaway!!! We loved the private location and the kitchen was well stocked with all utensils! We NEVER left the property except to hike a little and swim in the lake…total relaxation!!! Our host was very gracious and responded promptly to every question. Loved every minute and highly recommend this place!

This cabin is just perfect for a getaway. It’s very quiet and comfortable. There is access to the lake and a private spot for fishing. The host was very helpful and responded to questions right away. We are hoping to be able to return soon.

Once we found it, it was a little bit in the woods, wasn't hard to find. It was an all around great stay. It was quiet, cozy, and peaceful. The owner was extremely nice and helpful in communication. I will definitely go back again. Thank you!

The host of the cabin was amazing. Reached out prior to our stay to inform us that the road had washed out to the cabin and would need a suitable vehicle to get down. They were also very quick to respond to any concerns. The cabin was as expected. The trail down to the lake was much steeper than expected, but still made it down multiple times each day. The road ended up being washed out to the point that only UTVs were able to get through. We had to park and walk down in. We really enjoyed the seclusion. Easier lake access would have been nice, but we still enjoyed our time there.

We really enjoyed our weekend at this cozy cabin. The home was clean & well stocked. There is no wifi but that was ok with us. Theres plenty of dvd's and a few games. We loved the seclusion & how the cabin was surrounded by hundreds of trees. You can even walk down a trail to a little peaceful part of the lake. If you are looking to get away from the world, this is your place.

We loved this little cabin in the woods. We didn’t have any difficulty finding the property but you do need a 4WD truck. I think my Subaru outback would have still dragged. The rough part is only on a small section of the road. The property is remote which we loved. It is the woods so there are seed ticks, mosquitoes, etc. There are a few channels on TV and a dvd library if you find yourself wanting to watch TV. The walk down to the lake is a constant slope. This path would not be good for small children or anyone with mobility issues. However, my husband caught 12 bass from the bank over the days we were there so it’s a good little fishing spot! Overall, we enjoyed the privacy and the quiet and hope to return in the future. The owner was very kind to text us before our arrival to warn us about the road condition and also checked on us during our stay. It was a great place to unplug.

This was just what we needed ... a relaxing weekend in a beautiful setting. We had a little trouble finding the cabin (we didn\'t know it was called "No Wake Zone cabin," and the road was VERY rough (need an SUV or truck which we had)), but once we got there, we didn\'t want to leave. Great interior, spacious decks, beautiful views of the lake. Thank you so much!

The cabin was very nice. The road a bit rough. The tub very slippery. But it was out of the way , not really around anyone, that was nice. Would of liked a better way to get down hill to water. But I will be back and I would love to have a place like that. Thx

Accommodations were as nice as expected. Did not expect the remoteness of the cabin. Fortunately I own drove my pickup truck. Glad I didn’t have a low-profile vehicle for the dirt road. Not disappointed in the accommodations. But just too far out for our taste. Might be just perfect for someone else.

We had a great time! Cabin was perfect and had everything we needed. The driveway was well marked and everything was super clear. We felt very much in nature, but also close to town for groceries, dinners out, and parks for lake beaches!

The cabin was more than we expected. The pictures don't do it justice. It was so peaceful. The house manager was excellent. He responded quickly to our messages when we had any questions. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book this place again in the future .

The house was great. We loved sitting on the deck and relaxing. The house seemed remote, but just about 30 minutes outside of town. Several cute antique shops. You can walk down the hill to the lake for fishing. Sonja was very communicative, very friendly and reached out well in advance of our arrival with information,
