Great place to stay if you want a beautiful cabin in the mountains. Upon arrival, the door code and wifi password were incorrect, so we had to drive back out to get phone reception and call mgmt. They responded immediately and we got in. A small inconvenience. The worst problem was the water, undrinkable and wrecked all the dishware in the cabin. Gross. We should've brought paper plates and plastic ware. The water problem affected the master shower, too. Poor water pressure, plugged shower head. They need to get this fixed and replace all dishes, cups, silverware. Otherwise, incredibly beautiful cabin and a nice 4 night stay.

The cabin was 12 miles up the mountain from the highway. Be aware that you are staying in the mountains , beautiful but you need to be cautious. Centrally located , we drove to Boulder , Golden, Idaho Springs but made sure we were back before nightfall. The cabin is nice , a bit smaller than the online pics show but very clean and stocked with extra towels, toilet paper etc. the two bedrooms are pretty tight and the loft is NOT for adults , very steep climb up. We were given the wrong entry code into the house and the wrong WiFi password. We tried to text and email The host and never received a response . That was a bit annoying. We were able to call the office and spoke to a lovely woman who assisted. I suggest calling if you have questions not emailing. There were a few bugs, that we found by the windows near the fireplace but not a big deal , the bathroom in one of the bedrooms came off the hinges, not a big deal. The outside porch with fire pit and grill was awesome. There are two restaurants near the cabin, a liquor store , convenience store and a coffee shop. That’s it. If you need to shop for groceries you need to go into town. Netflix, prime all available , couldn’t find local news. There are puzzles and books and games. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay. M

We took our son for a weekend ski trip to Eldora. This was the perfect spot for us and we loved the cabin, it is beautiful! Our only issue was with the water, it turns off after a certain time so you have to turn it on. We would definitely stay again!!!

This was an absolute beautiful cabin to stay in. My husband and I could not be happier with the start of our trip staying here. Incredibly relaxing, very clean, and perfectly as described. The property has everything you could need: books, games, s’mores, and everything is labeled with very clear directions on how to use things. The fire pit, grill, and all light switches are labeled which we really liked. Highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing, secluded trip that’s still in close proximity to popular areas.

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! The setup is nice for two couples due to the two private bedrooms/bathrooms. The main area was comfortable and well appointed, and the outside firepit made for a nice spot to watch the sunset. Phone reception was definitely an issue, but emails and texts were mostly received while at the house. A couple of hiccups occurred with our initial entry and the water heater not working, but the owner/management company was very responsive and got us back on track quickly with both situations. Would happily stay here again!

Our 2nd visit back, because we enjoyed our stay a couple years ago for ski trip w our daughter. Again, the views, warm fireplace, jetted tub did not disappoint. We found all basic utensils to cook with and the host left a treat of local ground coffee for us to enjoy. The only glitch was that the water softener system was out., and I believe was to have been replaced by plumber which it wasnt. So the running water to cook with and brush teeth was extremely salty:(. We contacted property mngr and was instructed to let it run and it may help , they did apologize for delay in plumber repairing before we arrived. We ran to the store and bought a few X-Lg big gallons of spring water and liter bottles to drink and cook with during our stay. Again- the cabin is warm and cozy, and great for couple get away or for a small family., would consider returning if the water softener system is repaired.

Amazing place. Great sunset views. Clean and very impressed with the mountain feels! Would be PERFECT for a family with kids as the loft would be a ton of fun…location perfect for anyone who wants to escape to the mountains. Great coffee shop 5 minutes away. Hiking possibilities are endless. Had a very minor issue with water (that ended up fixing itself in about 5 minutes) but the property manager was on their way the second I texted! So very responsive Amazing place. Highly recommend.

The cabin was nice! It could have been cleaner! The coffee pot was broke and water ran all over the counter every time you made coffee! The location was good. Amazing views. Lots of bettle bugs. All over the cabin. Dishwasher should be replaced as well. When you are renting for that amount of money, conditions should be much better. But overall nice place.

This cabin is beautiful, compfy and cozy. We loved our stay there even though there was NO hot water the entire time of our stay. We didn’t want to bother anyone since it was the weekend so we just made due with what we had. And we really didn’t want maintenance people in and out during our stay. I have no doubt the property managers would have taken care of us had we called.

The location is gorgeous. They provided us with plenty of wood for the fireplace as well as propane for the outside fireplace and grill. They had alot of necessities that i didnt expect to be there such as trash bags laundry detergent and dishwasher pods as well as dish soap. Coffee filters and coffee and honestly to much stuff to list. We were very pleased. No issues with the keyless entry. We got there before the inspector as we didnt intend on being able to get in q few minutes early we just wanted to look at it since we made it to toen early but my point in thqt statement is the property manager was very sweet and was great. Overall thrilled with our visit. Thank you!

This property did NOT disappoint!!! Amazing views of the mountains! The home is extremely clean, well stocked and absolutely beautiful inside and out. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the future.

We loved staying at the Skyrun Cabin. It has fantastic views. The location was great and gave us easy access to hiking around Mud Lake, eating at restaurants in Nederland, and sailing at Carter Lake. We enjoyed sitting around the gas fire pit on the patio. We were able to grill. The kitchen was well stocked for the cooking we planned. The space was clean and comfortable just what we needed for reconnecting with friends. We highly recommend this location.

Very nice and clean cabin with a beautiful view. It was perfect for our weekend get together. Has a nice loft for additional space which we didn’t use. It does have a road that is just below the property with some traffic in the mornings and evenings. All the amenities we needed.

We loved our time at the cabin. Very clean and great wi-fi. Wished the beds were a bit more comfortable. Loved the fireplace and cooking on the grill and in the kitchen. Wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Sky Run cabin. Very clean and well equipped, with nice covered patio to take in the beautiful view. Linda was great and very thorough with directions, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband, son and I enjoyed the mountain views every morning from the cabin while sipping our own coffee but also coffee provided by the cabin owner (nice perk). My son enjoyed sleeping in the loft area above. I think the only request from my teenager was more tvs in the cabin. My husband made a fire in the fireplace every morning which was relaxing. We also enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom and enjoying a cozy cabin to decompress over spring break. We will definitely be back!

The property was really nice. Property owners and managers were very communicative and the check in / check out process was very simple. The place is very nice and newly refurbished with everything needed. It very comfortably accommodated four adults, and suspect would hold larger groups nicely as well. The location is also good. Very nice and clean cabin with a beautiful view. It was perfect for our weekend get together. Has a nice loft for additional space which we didn’t use. It does have a road that is just below the property with some traffic in the mornings and evenings. All the amenities we needed.

We loved our time at the cabin. Very clean and great wi-fi. Wished the beds were a bit more comfortable. Loved the fireplace and cooking on the grill and in the kitchen. Wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

This was my 8th visit to CO in this area and by far this cabin provided us with the best stay. We enjoy being semi-remote and yet have access to stores and this was perfect. This cabin is situated on one of the higher mountain peaks that allow for gorgeous views. Everyday was a different experience through the picture windows. It is very well maintained and very comfortable. Being there in mid September we were able to enjoy the fire-pit outside as well as the cozy fireplace indoors. We do not like to eat out much so we cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. There was coffee and filters already there for us to use as well. I had to work a day while I was there on a video call and enjoyed using the loft for a quieter area and the internet worked very well. We had a minor issue during out stay and reached out to SkyRun. They were very responsive and asked if they could take care of it right away even though for us it wasn't emergent. Thank you! We saw hummingbirds feeding out the window as well as mule dear. I would recommend this cabin to anyone that enjoys area hiking, quiet nights, and relaxation.

Great place to stay if you want a beautiful cabin in the mountains. Upon arrival, the door code and wifi password were incorrect, so we had to drive back out to get phone reception and call mgmt. They responded immediately and we got in. A small inconvenience. The worst problem was the water, undrinkable and wrecked all the dishware in the cabin. Gross. We should've brought paper plates and plastic ware. The water problem affected the master shower, too. Poor water pressure, plugged shower head. They need to get this fixed and replace all dishes, cups, silverware. Otherwise, incredibly beautiful cabin and a nice 4 night stay.

The cabin was 12 miles up the mountain from the highway. Be aware that you are staying in the mountains , beautiful but you need to be cautious. Centrally located , we drove to Boulder , Golden, Idaho Springs but made sure we were back before nightfall. The cabin is nice , a bit smaller than the online pics show but very clean and stocked with extra towels, toilet paper etc. the two bedrooms are pretty tight and the loft is NOT for adults , very steep climb up. We were given the wrong entry code into the house and the wrong WiFi password. We tried to text and email The host and never received a response . That was a bit annoying. We were able to call the office and spoke to a lovely woman who assisted. I suggest calling if you have questions not emailing. There were a few bugs, that we found by the windows near the fireplace but not a big deal , the bathroom in one of the bedrooms came off the hinges, not a big deal. The outside porch with fire pit and grill was awesome. There are two restaurants near the cabin, a liquor store , convenience store and a coffee shop. That’s it. If you need to shop for groceries you need to go into town. Netflix, prime all available , couldn’t find local news. There are puzzles and books and games. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay. M

Amazing place for me and my friends to stay. The views were amazing and they had anything you could think of kitchen wise. We did have some trouble checking in because we lost service at the cabin. Just make sure to save your log in info before you get up to the cabin.

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! The setup is nice for two couples due to the two private bedrooms/bathrooms. The main area was comfortable and well appointed, and the outside firepit made for a nice spot to watch the sunset. Phone reception was definitely an issue, but emails and texts were mostly received while at the house. A couple of hiccups occurred with our initial entry and the water heater not working, but the owner/management company was very responsive and got us back on track quickly with both situations. Would happily stay here again!

Would be PERFECT for a family with kids as the loft would be a ton of fun…location perfect for anyone who wants to escape to the mountains. Great coffee shop 5 minutes away. Hiking possibilities are endless. Had a very minor issue with water (that ended up fixing itself in about 5 minutes) but the property manager was on their way the second I texted! So very responsive Amazing place. Highly recommend.

Our family gathered this year at the SkyRun Cabin for Xmas and it was fabulous. The cabin is gorgeous! and provided us the perfect spot to relax, reconnect and enjoy the holidays. Linda , the local manager, was fantastic! First, she decorated the cabin from top to bottom, second she made us know that she was available anytime we needed resupplying us with firewood during our stay and offering some technical support when needed; lastly, she dropped off an extra space heater "just in case" before the artic snow storm swept through the area. You will receive first class service and accommodations. Eldora ski mountain is 20 minutes away, Boulder and Golden 35mins and Denver is under an hour. We will be back!

Everything was great with the exception of the checkout process. Checkout is 10:00. We were packed and ready to leave and I was in the house finishing up a conference call and the cleaning lady arrived. She knocked on the door and was very rude and said I have to leave now. I also received a call from management that was also very rude saying 10:00 is check out and and there are no exceptions. I was simply on a phone call and felt the citation was handled very unprofessional. I have stayed here on several occasions. I will not be back and I will let the others that I know have stayed here about management.

The location is gorgeous. They provided us with plenty of wood for the fireplace as well as propane for the outside fireplace and grill. They had alot of necessities that i didnt expect to be there such as trash bags laundry detergent and dishwasher pods as well as dish soap. Coffee filters and coffee and honestly to much stuff to list. We were very pleased. No issues with the keyless entry. We got there before the inspector as we didnt intend on being able to get in q few minutes early we just wanted to look at it since we made it to toen early but my point in thqt statement is the property manager was very sweet and was great. Overall thrilled with our visit. Thank you!

Our family planned a visit to see the surrounding area, and the location was perfect. We drove to Estes Park for a day trip and visited Boulder and the way back. We saw a concert at Red Rocks, which was less then 30 mins away. Also, visited Lookout Mountain and Golden, which was also less than 30 mins away. Overall, great trip. The house is in the mountains a bit, about 15 mins from the main road, but we enjoyed being tucked away a bit, but also being so close to everything. The house has amazing views of the mountains. Beautiful home!

We loved staying at the Skyrun Cabin. It has fantastic views. The location was great and gave us easy access to hiking around Mud Lake, eating at restaurants in Nederland, and sailing at Carter Lake. We enjoyed sitting around the gas fire pit on the patio. We were able to grill. The kitchen was well stocked for the cooking we planned. The space was clean and comfortable just what we needed for reconnecting with friends. We highly recommend this location.

This was a wonderful home to return on days when we were visiting the Boulder area for CU graduation festivities. The mountain and forest views are truly spectacular, from sunrise to sunset, and the home and furnishings make the most of this, with comfy recliners you can point toward floor-to-ceiling windows. We loved the fire pit, grill and well-equipped kitchen as well. We'd happily return to this beautiful spot.

Beautiful views, would go again. Beds are stiff and there’s no internet or ability to access cellular hotspot on the mountain so take a screenshot of the login code before you get there. The loft is very high too so I wouldn’t stay there with little kids as the ladder to the loft is steep.Overall loved it, gorgeous, will likely stay there again. The response of the host was very timely and kind. :)

The cabin was nice! It could have been cleaner! The coffee pot was broke and water ran all over the counter every time you made coffee! The location was good. Amazing views. Lots of bettle bugs. All over the cabin. Dishwasher should be replaced as well. When you are renting for that amount of money, conditions should be much better. But overall nice place.
