Perfect for family reunion/Celebration of Life. We had ages 2-71 for the entire week. This property was perfect. Lots of activities to do inside (table tennis, pool, puzzles,and projection TV). Outside, hot tub, beautiful deck areas, sauna by dock, great fishing and lots of waterfront activities. Table inside seated all 20 of us. The view is spectacular. Double ovens in kitchen great asset. Loved the beautiful master bathroom. Hosts are very responsive! We will be back for our next reunion.

The Lakehouse is perfect for bringing families together. We are a large group of 8 adults and 8 kids ranging from 2-12 - and this cottage had something for everyone! The place is well equipped with games and activities, with loads of seating for adults to gather around while the kids play. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed to feed our large gathering. Kim (host) was very responsive and accommodating, and a pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately, one of the hot tubs was being replaced when we were there, but having a backup helped ensure we didn’t miss out. We would love to visit again in the future.

Kimberly was a great and very responsive host. Everything went smoothly and all according to plan. The property was amazing, with great views down towards the lake. The lake was a perfect spot to hang out with plenty of activities; swim platform in the middle of the bay, kayaks and canoes but the best part was the sauna down by the water. This place is a gem of a cottage for large gatherings, we had 18 guys up. Thanks for the hospitality!!

The property was exactly as described. Kitchen very well equipped. Plenty of sleeping space and indoor activities - games, books, video games, ping pong, pool table. Great view, trail and walking distance to the lake.Check in and check out very organized and communication with owners is fast. Hot tub was clean and well maintained.

I and my friends had an amazing time at Kim’s chalet. Host provided us with an option of early check in and check out. Great hosts, they were always available for any questions and concerns. There was enough room and space for 18 of us. Games and recreation room kept us busy. We would definitely visit the lake house again.

Our extended family of 16 people (ages 12 - 81) and two small dogs had an awesome time at this spacious cottage with breathtaking views. The drive to the cottage was easy, the entrance was clearly marked, the driveway well-maintained, and there was plenty of parking for our 5 cars. There’s a wow factor on entering the cottage, with the oversized main windows looking out onto breathtaking views. The cottage itself had everything we needed and the two ovens came in handy for preparing meals for a large group. We enjoyed every space and amenity: enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, lots of seating, kids especially liked the games room which was great for family movie night. We also enjoyed the hot tub, the expansive dock, jumping into the lake and sitting under the lakeside gazebo. What a treat to have a place where we could all be together and not feel cramped! Kim was terrific to deal with and their hospitality is top notch! Overall, we had an outstanding time and only have positive things to say about Whitestone Lakehouse. We would definitely stay again!

There were 5 of us , my spouse and I my son and daughter- in- law and grandson and a dog. We all agreed this was a great cottage. It was really spacious and yet cosy- lots of different areas to get together or have some time apart. There was lots to do, basketball, table tennis ,pool ,outdoor water toys, indoor streaming services.The lake is lovely. It is a bit of a walk from the cottage , maybe 10 minutes,down a gravel path through woods and meadow. There is a really lovely covered seating area by the lake where we hung out and played card games between swims. The cottage is just as pictured. The beds were really comfortable and the hosts were lovely. It would be a great place for a larger group as well! We would definitely come back!

Kim and Dave’s place is fantastic. We were a group of 17 and slept comfortably thanks in part to the fresh towels and linens. The property offers plenty to do rain or shine with an amazingly serene lakeside dock setup paired with a projector room with ping pong, pool table and hot tub just outside. Amazing golf course (The Ridge at Manitou) less than 20 minutes away too. Can’t recommend it enough. Will certainly be back!!

What an amazing cottage and location. Our host was responsive and helpful and they provide an incredible amount of amenities that make your stay ever more comfortable. The cottage itself is well cared for and the grounds are well kept. The lake is a bit of a hike at 500m but they have a beautiful set up with multiple docks and locations to bask in a very private part of the lake. We did find the Sauna tough to use in terms of keeping a consistent fire going. They include a plethora of water toys like paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe. At the main building the hot tub is a little tight for a group but 6 adults can squeeze in. In terms of a private location to enjoy with a group this is such a perfect spot. So many of the “little things” have been thought out and we were very grateful that it was shared for rent.Thank you Kimberley for a great stay at Whitestone lake.

This was our second time staying here, and it was even better than we remembered. Kim is a kind, responsive, and professional host and any issues were promptly resolved. We enjoyed everything the cottage had to offer and made family memories that will last a lifetime. A couple highlights were the large living and gathering space, the hot tub and campfire circle, the amazing water access and dock, and getting to see a shooting star on a clear night! We can't wait to come back!

It is hard to put into words just how magical this property is. We had booked the cottage in hopes of a gorgeous intimate wedding and it did not disappoint! There was enough space for the wedding parties to stay comfortably at the cottage while a few more guests arrived for the wedding day. In total, 16 guests stayed at the cottage and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. In total, there were 31 guests on the wedding day. The backyard space provided a beautiful setting for the ceremony while the kitchen fit all 31 people comfortably for the reception. The cottage was clean and Kim was incredible in her communication leading up to our stay. I would recommend this property to anybody looking for a getaway!

This is one of the nicest cottages we have ever stayed at. Beautiful, massive, private, well stocked and appointed. The lake is equally stunning, and while it’s a short walk from the main cottage, the deck and dock make it easy to spend the entire day there without having to trek back. Kim was an incredible host, and went out of her way to ensure that our group had everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things about our stay here.

The place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me, and everything was very clean. Tons of games for rainy days and the kids had a blast fishing, they caught 1 after another off the dock. Kim and Mark were great hosts and met all of our needs.

Stayed with a group of 20 guys for a bachelor party. We were hoping to have a good time but thought the pictures looked too good to be true - boy were we wrong! The property was absolutely beauitful, not to mention massive! The host was super accommodating and all of the things we forgot or didn’t think to bring (towels, coffee, firewood, etc) were all provided by the host as part of our stay! Was super clean and a ton of fun! No bugs at all the entire weekend, water was a little chilly (but nothing you wouldn’t expect for a late April stay) but the hot tub and sauna helped with that! We’d stay again in a heartbeat! :)

We had the absolute best weekend ever! We booked Kim’s place for our small wedding and had our families all stay here. It was absolutely perfect for all ages and even though it was rainy there was still so much to do. The beds are extremely comfortable and the cottage is so spacious everyone could spread out when needed. It’s so well equipped with everything you’ll need that you really only need to bring your toothbrush. Kim is extremely responsive and so helpful through everything. We would definitely love to come back in the future. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at the Whitestone cottage for an extended weekend and it was amazing. We had a large group of 14 guys and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen, it’s got everything you need and more along with a dining room table that can probably fit 20 people without any issues. There is so much to do at this property both outdoor and indoor if the weather isn’t cooperating. I’ll have to find another excuse to make my way back to the cottage.

This was our first time getting all our family together in one location at the same time and everyone had a great time. There were 3 generations - grandparents to small children - and the place offers something for everyone. The house was large with more than enough room for our group of 16. The long dining table allowed everyone to eat together in comfort. The well-equipped kitchen with double oven made cooking easy. The open-concept Great Room was spacious enough for everyone while the smaller peripheral rooms allowed people to have some quite time away from the group if they desired. Wifi was strong for those needing to work, beds were large and comfortable, and the basement games room had something for everyone. We rented a pontoon boat from the local marina which was a great addition to the weekend's activities. Kim and Mark were wonderful hosts. It was easy to text them if we had any questions and we always got an immediate response. There were small touches of hospitality everywhere - bug spray, hats, doggie bags, shampoo & conditioner, coffee, condiments...all available for use by guests. We booked our stay because I said I wanted the "VRBO commercial" for my 60th Birthday and that's exactly what I got! Everything was just perfect. Thank you Kim and Mark for making our trip a one-of-a-kind experience for everyone in our group.

The place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take it home with me, and everything was very clean. Tons of games for rainy days and the kids had a blast fishing, they caught 1 after another off the dock. Kim and Mark were great hosts and met all of our needs.

There were 5 of us , my spouse and I my son and daughter- in- law and grandson and a dog. We all agreed this was a great cottage. It was really spacious and yet cosy- lots of different areas to get together or have some time apart. There was lots to do, basketball, table tennis ,pool ,outdoor water toys, indoor streaming services.The lake is lovely. It is a bit of a walk from the cottage , maybe 10 minutes,down a gravel path through woods and meadow. There is a really lovely covered seating area by the lake where we hung out and played card games between swims. The cottage is just as pictured. The beds were really comfortable and the hosts were lovely. It would be a great place for a larger group as well! We would definitely come back!

Our stay was great. We were there for a family reunion and it accommodated us perfectly. It was big and spacious and had everything we needed and more. Our hosts, Kim and Mark were the best. We had an amazing time staying at Kim and Dave’s home. There were 11 adults and 4 toddlers under 3. The moment we turned onto the lane way leading up to the house, we were already feeling the stress of the Christmas season releasing its hold. We arrived to a welcome of soft music, warm lighting and a picture window that took our breath away. Kim’s place is equipped with everything you will need to unplugged and create new memories with family and friends. We stayed at the lakehouse for 3 nights and it exceeded our expectations! An easy and picturesque drive less than 3 hours north of Toronto took us to a beautiful property where the views are spectacular and the privacy is unmatched. What a great getaway from the city :D The lakehouse is outfitted with most everything that an extended-family gathering could need. There's an array of activities for people of all ages, with plenty of places for people to lounge, read or simply watch for wildlife. The walk to the lake is about a 10 minute leisurely down the path and, while it can be a bit rocky in sections, it's very doable. For members of the family with mobility issues, it might be better to drive them down to the waterfront. Kim is an amazing host, so very responsive and just lovely to deal with. She and Mark have created a truly welcoming space and we can't wait to return!

Stayed with a group of 20 guys for a bachelor party. We were hoping to have a good time but thought the pictures looked too good to be true - boy were we wrong! The property was absolutely beauitful, not to mention massive! The host was super accommodating and all of the things we forgot or didn’t think to bring (towels, coffee, firewood, etc) were all provided by the host as part of our stay! Was super clean and a ton of fun! No bugs at all the entire weekend, water was a little chilly (but nothing you wouldn’t expect for a late April stay) but the hot tub and sauna helped with that! We’d stay again in a heartbeat! :)

We gathered multiple generations in our family for a quiet vacation and had a great time. The cottage is as listed and served us well. The early morning view of the lake was amazing. Cooking in the kitchen and shared meals at the dining table were a treat. Lots of common space on the main floor as well as side rooms when a bit of quiet is needed. The waterfront was enjoyed by us all, young and old, though it should be noted it's a bit of a distance from the cottage.

This is one of the nicest cottages we have ever stayed at. Beautiful, massive, private, well stocked and appointed. The lake is equally stunning, and while it’s a short walk from the main cottage, the deck and dock make it easy to spend the entire day there without having to trek back. Kim was an incredible host, and went out of her way to ensure that our group had everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things about our stay here.

Kimberly was a great and very responsive host. Everything went smoothly and all according to plan. The property was amazing, with great views down towards the lake. The lake was a perfect spot to hang out with plenty of activities; swim platform in the middle of the bay, kayaks and canoes but the best part was the sauna down by the water. This place is a gem of a cottage for large gatherings, we had 18 guys up. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Our extended family of 16 people (ages 12 - 81) and two small dogs had an awesome time at this spacious cottage with breathtaking views. The drive to the cottage was easy, the entrance was clearly marked, the driveway well-maintained, and there was plenty of parking for our 5 cars. There’s a wow factor on entering the cottage, with the oversized main windows looking out onto breathtaking views. The cottage itself had everything we needed and the two ovens came in handy for preparing meals for a large group. We enjoyed every space and amenity: enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, lots of seating, kids especially liked the games room which was great for family movie night. We also enjoyed the hot tub, the expansive dock, jumping into the lake and sitting under the lakeside gazebo. What a treat to have a place where we could all be together and not feel cramped! Kim was terrific to deal with and their hospitality is top notch! Overall, we had an outstanding time and only have positive things to say about Whitestone Lakehouse. We would definitely stay again!

What an amazing cottage and location. Our host was responsive and helpful and they provide an incredible amount of amenities that make your stay ever more comfortable. The cottage itself is well cared for and the grounds are well kept. The lake is a bit of a hike at 500m but they have a beautiful set up with multiple docks and locations to bask in a very private part of the lake. We did find the Sauna tough to use in terms of keeping a consistent fire going. They include a plethora of water toys like paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe. At the main building the hot tub is a little tight for a group but 6 adults can squeeze in. In terms of a private location to enjoy with a group this is such a perfect spot. So many of the “little things” have been thought out and we were very grateful that it was shared for rent.Thank you Kimberley for a great stay at Whitestone lake.

Perfect for family reunion/Celebration of Life. We had ages 2-71 for the entire week. This property was perfect. Lots of activities to do inside (table tennis, pool, puzzles,and projection TV). Outside, hot tub, beautiful deck areas, sauna by dock, great fishing and lots of waterfront activities. Table inside seated all 20 of us. The view is spectacular. Double ovens in kitchen great asset. Loved the beautiful master bathroom. Hosts are very responsive! We will be back for our next reunion.

We stayed at the Whitestone cottage for an extended weekend and it was amazing. We had a large group of 14 guys and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen, it’s got everything you need and more along with a dining room table that can probably fit 20 people without any issues. There is so much to do at this property both outdoor and indoor if the weather isn’t cooperating. I’ll have to find another excuse to make my way back to the cottage.

This was our first time getting all our family together in one location at the same time and everyone had a great time. There were 3 generations - grandparents to small children - and the place offers something for everyone. The house was large with more than enough room for our group of 16. The long dining table allowed everyone to eat together in comfort. The well-equipped kitchen with double oven made cooking easy. The open-concept Great Room was spacious enough for everyone while the smaller peripheral rooms allowed people to have some quite time away from the group if they desired. Wifi was strong for those needing to work, beds were large and comfortable, and the basement games room had something for everyone. We rented a pontoon boat from the local marina which was a great addition to the weekend's activities. Kim and Mark were wonderful hosts. It was easy to text them if we had any questions and we always got an immediate response. There were small touches of hospitality everywhere - bug spray, hats, doggie bags, shampoo & conditioner, coffee, condiments...all available for use by guests. We booked our stay because I said I wanted the "VRBO commercial" for my 60th Birthday and that's exactly what I got! Everything was just perfect. Thank you Kim and Mark for making our trip a one-of-a-kind experience for everyone in our group.

We gathered multiple generations in our family for a quiet vacation and had a great time. The cottage is as listed and served us well. The early morning view of the lake was amazing. Cooking in the kitchen and shared meals at the dining table were a treat. Lots of common space on the main floor as well as side rooms when a bit of quiet is needed. The waterfront was enjoyed by us all, young and old, though it should be noted it's a bit of a distance from the cottage.

We had an amazing time staying at Kim and Dave’s home. There were 11 adults and 4 toddlers under 3. The moment we turned onto the lane way leading up to the house, we were already feeling the stress of the Christmas season releasing its hold. We arrived to a welcome of soft music, warm lighting and a picture window that took our breath away. Kim’s place is equipped with everything you will need to unplugged and create new memories with family and friends. The Lakehouse is perfect for bringing families together. We are a large group of 8 adults and 8 kids ranging from 2-12 - and this cottage had something for everyone! The place is well equipped with games and activities, with loads of seating for adults to gather around while the kids play. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed to feed our large gathering. Kim (host) was very responsive and accommodating, and a pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately, one of the hot tubs was being replaced when we were there, but having a backup helped ensure we didn’t miss out. We would love to visit again in the future.

The property was exactly as described. Kitchen very well equipped. Plenty of sleeping space and indoor activities - games, books, video games, ping pong, pool table. Great view, trail and walking distance to the lake.Check in and check out very organized and communication with owners is fast. Hot tub was clean and well maintained.

Our extended family of 16 people (ages 12 - 81) and two small dogs had an awesome time at this spacious cottage with breathtaking views. The drive to the cottage was easy, the entrance was clearly marked, the driveway well-maintained, and there was plenty of parking for our 5 cars. There’s a wow factor on entering the cottage, with the oversized main windows looking out onto breathtaking views. The cottage itself had everything we needed and the two ovens came in handy for preparing meals for a large group. We enjoyed every space and amenity: enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, lots of seating, kids especially liked the games room which was great for family movie night. We also enjoyed the hot tub, the expansive dock, jumping into the lake and sitting under the lakeside gazebo. What a treat to have a place where we could all be together and not feel cramped! Kim was terrific to deal with and their hospitality is top notch! Overall, we had an outstanding time and only have positive things to say about Whitestone Lakehouse. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I booked the cottage in early spring 2025 for our wedding ceremony and reception in May 2026. We were uncertain whether the dock would be installed for the ceremony, but Kim worked with us to make sure we had the ceremony of our dreams! The cottage was beautiful and blew our guests away. We used the grand room for our reception and were able to move and store the furniture to set up the space the way we wanted. With Parry Sound only a 30 minute drive, we were able to order fresh pizza for late night. Everything turned out beautifully and we only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenities.

Very peaceful property and the hosts were clear, communicative and answered any questions (ahead of time and on site) promptly. The property itself was stunning - everything had been updated (appliances, washrooms, bedrooms, games room, TV, hot tub, etc) and new while maintaining a classic and warm cottage element.We were able to comfortably and easily host 16 guests and each one was able to have their own space and also congregate all together to enjoy meals and games and time together. I will be booking again for another large family gathering. Cannot wait to get back. The privacy offered at the property is lovely too. You have your own space and the nature is beautiful. We were there in the winter so didn't get to use the lake etc but we walked down to the dock/lake front (about 5-10 minute walk from cottage) and it was lovely. Again, can't wait to get back!

This place completely exceeded our expectations! We had our wedding here and each detail was perfect for us. The views were beautiful and the hosts were great. Wouldn’t have changed a thing, we hope to return during the summer months to experience the waterfront as well.
