Stayed 4 nights

Hello The owners were perfectly nice and organized and overall our stay was good. Couple things: I was under the impression there were 3 bathrooms in fact it was picked because there were three listed and not two. I am unsure how that was changed or if it was listed that way earlier in error. The neighborhood is ok. Daylight it seems very run down - but the home itself if fine. Neighbors homes seem neglected and run down. We were not happy about the "attached guest house" that was not disclosed to us until check in. I would have NOT stayed there had I known prior. It appears as if the garage was converted to a room of some sort and people were staying there at the same time as us. The home was lovely and very clean with everything we could have needed. However, the pool had a LOT of ants all over and many many ants in the pool as well as on the sides. There needs to be pest control called for the property to address the many ants. The back patio is lovely and we had a nice stay overall - but if there wasn't four people, we would have been a bit scared to stay alone.

Stayed 6 nights

If you are planning a trip to Universal Studios Orlando, this is the place to stay. Just minutes away from the parks and City Walk, it made everything convenient for our visit. The house is spacious, open, bright and clean with just the right amount of modern and new furnishings. Beds were comfortable and plentiful when we had a Sister and her two grandchildren stay with us one night during our week there. The pool is delightful and was kept as warm as they could get it, even in the unusually cooler temperatures even for Orlando in December. I really enjoyed the fact that the landscaping lent a isolated feel while being in the center of it all. Minutes from gourmet meat and grocery stores with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of work space to cook for the family for those days that you just didn't want to go to one of the many nice restaurants nearby. Neighbohood is nice but older. The house itself has been fully remodeled but some of the neighboring homes are run down. However, the street was quiet and not busy with traffic and we had no issues with neighbors or strangers during our stay. The Property Owner is gracious, accommodating and very responsive to any questions or requests and we could not have asked for a better lodging for our very first Christmas in Florida vacation.

Stayed 5 nights

We stayed for a family trip to Universal Studios. It definitely is right around the corner from the parks. Walking distance for those who want a few extra steps on top of the ones they’ll get at the parks. I think the only downside was that there was literally nothing in the house. Hardly enough paper towels and toilet paper for any longer than we were there. Only two small containers of shampoo/conditioner. No condiments or anything. But overall it was a great home away from home for a few days. Super clean and having a TV in every room was great. Patio area was lovely!
