We had a wonderful stay at the property. The ocean views were gorgeous and the location was ideal- steps away from beach, hot tub and pool. Also, the house is well kept and the host was extremely responsive.

The unit was beautiful, clean and well prepared for all my family's needs! Everyone on the resort were very kind. The view is very beautiful, so is the walk to the beach with all the lush garden all around. I will definitely be coming back.

We had an amazing time at this rental. Beds were very comfortable, and location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and watching the whales from the balcony! It’s a lovely walk down to the beach, and we saw and listened to lots of wildlife. Owner communicated well, and we had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again!

Our stay at Seascape was awesome! The accommodation was just as described and had a beautiful view of both the pool and—most importantly—the ocean! The rooms were clean and the kitchen well-stocked with what we needed to make our meals. Our host was very responsive and we were able to add an additional night with no fuss at all. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Wonderful livingroom, makes you feel right at home with a great view of the ocean. A nice walk down to the beach from the room. Bedrooms were comfortable with great bedding. Well supplies kitchen with everything you need for any meal. Enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay yh there. We Walked on the beach a lot. Then when coming back took a dip in the hot tub and did few laps in the Heated pool. Good restaurants are very close. This is our second stay in a month at seascape resort. We love it.

We all enjoyed the condo. Great location, comfortable, clean, beautiful view. The only thing is that the pullout sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. Still, we were satisfied!

The property was not clean at arrival. Toilet was labeled clean despite not being even flushed. Large spider webs and dirty tables in balconies. Bedding was not clean. Dishwasher was not working properly. About to tip over when got to the spin cycle. Could not use! There was coffee there but there was no filter to use in machine. Overall, we were expecting better than that the way it was advertise!

We stayed at this home and didn’t have a pleasant stay. The home was outdated and had an ant problem. It was transparent with all the ant stations around the house, bathrooms, kitchen, upstairs bedroom and bathrooms. When we contacted the property manager they errr unhelpful and had nothing but excuses and we will investigate and get back to you! Definitely not worth the price we paid for our stay.

Spent a quick weekend on the Coast to celebrate my Wife’s 50th Birthday. We had a great time with friends and really enjoyed the location. We did not spend a lot of time at the property but the place was clean and as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We spent the week and the location was great and convenient. 40 minutes to Monterey and 15 to Santa Cruz. We golfed, beached and relaxed. We will be back.

So glad I booked this property for the holiday weekend. Apartment is very clean, fully stocked, and comfortable. The sheets on the bed are oh so soft! it's the little things =) The apt has a nice view to the ocean, and is located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The sheets on the bed are oh so soft! it's the little things =) The apt has a nice view to the ocean, and is located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The sheets on the bed are oh so soft! it's the little things =) The apt has a nice view to the ocean, and is located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay yh there. We Walked on the beach a lot. Then when coming back took a dip in the hot tub and did few laps in the Heated pool. Good restaurants are very close. This is our second stay in a month at seascape resort. We love it.

We had an amazing time at this rental. Beds were very comfortable, and location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and watching the whales from the balcony! It’s a lovely walk down to the beach, and we saw and listened to lots of wildlife. Owner communicated well, and we had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa -- very comfortable and relaxing. It is beautifully decorated and has an absolutely stunning view of the ocean. We definitely would like to visit again!

Wonderful livingroom, makes you feel right at home with a great view of the ocean. A nice walk down to the beach from the room. Bedrooms were comfortable with great bedding. Well supplies kitchen with everything you need for any meal. Enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful village, beautiful beach and nature. Foggier weather in the mornings maybe at this time of the year and better weather on the afternoons. Had a relaxed weekend.
