The host was very helpful in informing us of details about the property in terms of accommodating snowmobiles. House was cozy, very clean and had excellent access to trail system and room to park trailers in drive and gear in mudroom. Will absolutely be staying here again!

We ranged in age from 1 year to 73 and had a great time. The house is clean and well equipped inside and out. Includes lots of board games and a basement rec room for rainy day play. Close to parks and trails.

This was our second stay at this location. We loved it the first time, so when we saw it was available again, we jumped at the chance. Mike was great with communication, and everything was perfect! We used the fire pit every night; the kids loved the basement game room with pool table, foosball table and steel tip dart board. The location is on a quiet, secluded dead end road, so it was peaceful and remote even though it's just outside of Eagle Bay. Very close to all of the amenities of Old Forge and Inlet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again and would stay again in a heartbeat!

There was plenty of space for two families to fit comfortably in this house! The basement rec room and the sitting area/mud room in the garage were a huge plus! Close to many hiking trails (we did Rocky and Bald Mountain) and Water Safari. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an amazing property! Just outside of the village of Eagle Bay, a few minutes from Inlet and 10 minutes from Old Forge. This house sits on a dead-end road and is bigger inside than it looks from the photos. The owner was great to deal right from the start. He answered questions promptly and was readily available throughout the rental process. We were so pleased with the house. It was clean, well decorated and stocked with all the necessities. The first floor has the living room with TV, kitchen and dining table, Full Bath with tub/shower and laundry. And the Master Bedroom is on the first floor with a Queen bed. The second floor had 3 bedrooms a full, 2 twins (with trundle for another bed), and 2 twins with a small 3/4 bathroom with shower. The basement was where the kids spent a lot of time! It had the game room with Pool Table, Foosball, card table, and steel tip darts. There is a spacious porch in front, and a large patio in the back yard. Also, a nice fire pit with plenty of Adirondack chairs for the whole crew. We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again!

We just stayed here with friends and family and really enjoyed the location and amenities. The house is right outside of Inlet and close to Old Forge, so shopping and restaurants are close by, which was very convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, tea kettle and coffee pot, which was exactly what we needed for the few days. There was also plenty of TP, paper towels and hand soap which was a nice perk! The fire pit and backyard seating area is private and well equipped with plenty of Adirondack chairs and the kids really enjoyed the basement game room space on the rainy days. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house for groups or family gatherings.

We had a great time in this clean cabin. There’s plenty of space for our two families and the game room in the basement kept the teens occupied. Checkin was a breeze and Mike was available if needed. We enjoyed watching the deer walk through the backyard and stargazing at night. Great spot!

We were welcomed to a top notch clean Cabin. We had a few questions and the owner { Mike } answered with a quick responce. There were 6 of us that stayed, plenty of room and things to do. The Location was convient to Inlet & Eagle Bay, 2 of our favorite area's. I will not hesitate to say this home rates high in the 5 star.

Four of us (2 couples) stayed Thursday to Sunday and the house was everything the description said it would be. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We had two bathrooms which was great! We were a short drive to Inlet one of our favorite towns! Mike was very responsive in his communication. We will be back for sure!

We had a great time! We booked the place to come ride snowmobiles with some friends for the weekend, the house was perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids, we could have fit a couple more people for sure! It was clean and nicely set up. We would definitely book here again.

The home was perfect for our group getaway. Mike was very responsive and the home was above equipped. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. We made use of the gas grill (there was an extra tank of propane on hand too), and the firepit with plenty of chairs. We didn't use the game room in the basement but it was nice, dry and very clean. Having the attached garage came in handy to keep drinks cold, and leaving space in the refrigerator.

My husband, son and I rented this property with our friends and their kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved playing the games in the basement! The cottage was very cute and cozy and very clean. It had everything we needed and we had a great time there. The owner was great and very attentive and available. I would definitely recommend this property, and hope to return again next summer!

6 adults and a toddler easily stayed at this property. It was well-equipped, easy to access, and near the amenities we were looking for. Note: Pack some dish towels. There were paper towels for drying dishes/hands but pack hand/dish towels if you'd like to use instead! Otherwise, a great stay!

My family and I stayed at this property while we were in town for a family event. The host, Michael, is very friendly and responds to questions right away! He even stayed on the phone with me when I was lost in Old Forge to help me navigate my way back. The house is in a very quiet area of Eagle Bay and one of the best features is that it is about a 2 min. drive to the famous Donut Shop (must try their cinnamon donuts!). The house was clean upon arrival and we had no problems or issues during or stay. We would definitely consider staying there again or at another one of the host's properties!

We were a group of women from 3 different places in NY that came together to participate in One Square Mile of Hope - and this home was perfect for our stay together. Everything about it was perfect and the communication process with Mike was seamless. He checked in on us often to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied and went above and beyond as a host. We will be returning here in the future!

This was a perfect location for us, quiet, but close to everything. The house is very clean and spacious and the kids loved the game room downstairs. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. would definitely recommend. We had a great time!

The host was very helpful in informing us of details about the property in terms of accommodating snowmobiles. House was cozy, very clean and had excellent access to trail system and room to park trailers in drive and gear in mudroom. Will absolutely be staying here again!

This was our second stay at this location. We loved it the first time, so when we saw it was available again, we jumped at the chance. Mike was great with communication, and everything was perfect! We used the fire pit every night; the kids loved the basement game room with pool table, foosball table and steel tip dart board. The location is on a quiet, secluded dead end road, so it was peaceful and remote even though it's just outside of Eagle Bay. Very close to all of the amenities of Old Forge and Inlet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again and would stay again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our time spent in Eagle Bay. It’s right around the corner from Inlet and about 15 minutes to Old Forge. We were able to visit the water park and the big hardware store in Old Forge as well as watch the sunset on 4th lake in Inlet. Loved our stay!

We just stayed here with friends and family and really enjoyed the location and amenities. The house is right outside of Inlet and close to Old Forge, so shopping and restaurants are close by, which was very convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, toaster, tea kettle and coffee pot, which was exactly what we needed for the few days. There was also plenty of TP, paper towels and hand soap which was a nice perk! The fire pit and backyard seating area is private and well equipped with plenty of Adirondack chairs and the kids really enjoyed the basement game room space on the rainy days. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house for groups or family gatherings.

Probably our favorite place we have rented when visiting the Old Forge area to snowmobile. Great space for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Close to restaurants and snowmobile trails - two musts for our group. Only complaint would be the bed comfort but the lay out of the house and having two full bathrooms made up for the beds. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house!
