This house is awesome! Pictures were spot on and was very clean. Great location for golfing, hiking and wineries. Checking in/out was easy. Spent most of our time around fire pit, hot tub, and patio catching up and playing games. I would book again in a heartbeat!

We had a quick trip back home and this was the perfect place! The house is beautifully updated and has a wonderful yard that our dogs enjoyed very much. The hot tub is fantastic, as is the fireplace in the living room. Renee was a wonderful host and even left goodies for us to enjoy. Highly recommend this house, especially if you are looking for a quiet spot in close proximity to the wineries.

Beautiful house in an outstanding location. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight getaway. This property truly has everything you’d ever want. Communication with Renee was stellar. The views from the hot tub, and all through the house, are idyllic. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay after a day of winery hopping.

An absolutely beautiful place. Surrounded by nature in the back yard and so very quiet. But still within a short walk to a winery and a very short drive to like a million of them. Watching fireflies from the hot tub while drinking great wine from down the street, sums up the experience. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

Renee was the perfect host! She answered any questions we had in a timely manner and she even let us check in a little early! The location of this property could not be better! It's within walking distance of 2 wineries and the views are AMAZING!!!! The backyard borders a metro park where we were able to take a short walk on a trail and we even saw a mama deer and her 3 babies one morning! The hot tub, fire pit, and karaoke machine were all an absolute hit after our wine tour! The house was spotless and was beautifully decorated. The string lights out back provided the perfect ambience! Thank you for sharing your adorable home with us! We will be back!

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and dog. It was an absolutely perfect place for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. TV was wifi ready and was great to pass the time until we went to our next winery. The outside area and trails were perfect for the dog to run around. My biggest gripe was the ceiling height from the main bedroom to the staircase. I’m not exceptionally tall (6’), but would hit my head if I forgot to duck (although it didn’t take too many times for me to remember). As for location, it’s 5-6 minutes to the restaurants of Madison. There are two wineries within walking distance (Laurentia and Silver Crest). Laurentia has really good food, and Silver Crest was our favorite wines. There are a ton of other wineries in the area as well. This place is in a fantastic location to those, and is easy to get on/off the interstate. I’d highly recommend this place!!!

We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect little getaway from Columbus, and we would definitely stay here again! The outdoor & indoor spaces were clean and comfortable. The only thing we felt was missing was extra blankets in the living room, but other than that everything was amazing - there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clearly labeled/explained and the hosts had excellent communication!

We had a great time celebrating my birthday for a few nights! The check in and out process was super simple. Renee was very communicative, helpful, and friendly! We really appreciated how thought out all of the amenities were. We had everything that we needed! The hot tub under the twinkle lights was such a vibe and how we spent the majority of our time! The rainy days with a cup of coffee or wine on the porch were also my favorite. We weren’t able to enjoy the fire pit due to the rain, but we enjoyed the fireplace inside! If you’re looking for a prime location to go to all of the wineries while being close to your rental that you’ll never get bored of this is the place for you.

I can’t express enough how great our stay was. We were able to take our dog for walks along the river during the day and then walk to the wineries at night. Renee and Josh were extremely communicative, accommodating, and kind. The home was comfortable, clean, and private. We’d recommend this spot to anyone looking to come to the area. It’s close to everything while making you feel like you’re miles away from it all.

I have been to Geneva many times and stayed at many vrbo’s. This one is near many of our favorite DRYwineries. The house was clean and roomy. The hiking trail nearby is a bonus.. we went on a short morning stroll. The hot tub is a plus. Even though we have a hot tub, enjoying one on a tip is even better. The upstairs ceilings is a little short especially for our friend who is 6 foot plus. Add some wine into the mix equals some laughs and skin cells on the ceiling. I would and definitely will still here again.

We spent 5 days at Vineyard View for a much-needed getaway. Our first evening there, we had to contact Renee because of a beeping battery in the gas fireplace. She and Josh drove right over on a Sunday evening to replace the batteries! They clearly put a lot of care into this vacation rental: the farmhouse was beautifully renovated, with space for privacy and group activities. The photos of the interior are accurate, but they don’t do justice to the wonderful backyard. It slopes down to the Metroparks trail on the left and to a wetlands on the right while the side yard overlooks a vineyard. Renee prepared one of the best guidebooks I’ve seen with detailed annotations about local parks, beaches, and other points of interest. There is SO much to see and do here, but my husband and I most enjoyed hanging out in the yard with our dog and walking the trail. I loved the large, well-equipped, well-organized kitchen and the Ninja pots and pans. The kitchen was also a great space for my yoga practice. We certainly found the retreat we needed at Vineyard View.

The property was exactly what we wanted, cozy, clean, very private and relaxing. My wife and I loved the laid back atmosphere and enjoyed lots of time out in the hot tub or just admiring the views from the yard. Our doggo loved the place, lots of room to roam about and easy access to some great trails. The property is situated in a great area- you feel like you're miles from anything-- but tons of things to do and see in the area, great wineries, fantastic parks. a quick drive to the lake for beach/shore experiences and less than an hour from the city! It was perfect!

It was a great time with family! The backyard was such a peaceful oasis. Two of the bedrooms were quite small but they did a good job of making use of the space they had to work with. A lot of time was spent on the chairs at the front porch. Will definitely consider going again!

Wine tasting, Geneva Strip traipsing, craft show browsing and trail walking is about all we accomplished OFF the property. No worries, if your time is limited. We spent 5 days at Vineyard View for a much-needed getaway. Our first evening there, we had to contact Renee because of a beeping battery in the gas fireplace. She and Josh drove right over on a Sunday evening to replace the batteries! They clearly put a lot of care into this vacation rental: the farmhouse was beautifully renovated, with space for privacy and group activities. The photos of the interior are accurate, but they don’t do justice to the wonderful backyard. It slopes down to the Metroparks trail on the left and to a wetlands on the right while the side yard overlooks a vineyard. Renee prepared one of the best guidebooks I’ve seen with detailed annotations about local parks, beaches, and other points of interest. There is SO much to see and do here, but my husband and I most enjoyed hanging out in the yard with our dog and walking the trail. I loved the large, well-equipped, well-organized kitchen and the Ninja pots and pans. The kitchen was also a great space for my yoga practice. We certainly found the retreat we needed at Vineyard View.

We stayed for a weekend to visit the local wineries. We spent the first night in the hot tub and enjoyed every minute. The following day we went to a few wineries and went back to the house and walked to Laurentia across the street. The house is very, very nice. Very clean and accommodating. The house has everything you would need from shampoo/conditioner/soap, towels, linens, spices, etc. The view across from the house is breathtaking. We had an issue the first night with the hot tub and I emailed Renee and she messaged me back right away and within 10 minutes Josh was at the house and fixed the problem. If we ever go back up to that area we will definitely be renting this house again. Thank you for a very relaxing weekend.

Renee was the perfect host! She answered any questions we had in a timely manner and she even let us check in a little early! The location of this property could not be better! It's within walking distance of 2 wineries and the views are AMAZING!!!! The backyard borders a metro park where we were able to take a short walk on a trail and we even saw a mama deer and her 3 babies one morning! The hot tub, fire pit, and karaoke machine were all an absolute hit after our wine tour! The house was spotless and was beautifully decorated. We had a great time celebrating my birthday for a few nights! The check in and out process was super simple. Renee was very communicative, helpful, and friendly! We really appreciated how thought out all of the amenities were. We had everything that we needed! The hot tub under the twinkle lights was such a vibe and how we spent the majority of our time! The rainy days with a cup of coffee or wine on the porch were also my favorite. We weren’t able to enjoy the fire pit due to the rain, but we enjoyed the fireplace inside! If you’re looking for a prime location to go to all of the wineries while being close to your rental that you’ll never get bored of this is the place for you.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and very conveniently located. The house was very clean. The host was extremely welcoming and it felt like staying at a friends home and not a cold vacation house. She really goes out of her way to make the guests feel comfortable. We would rent again.

I can’t express enough how great our stay was. We were able to take our dog for walks along the river during the day and then walk to the wineries at night. Renee and Josh were extremely communicative, accommodating, and kind. The home was comfortable, clean, and private. We’d recommend this spot to anyone looking to come to the area. It’s close to everything while making you feel like you’re miles away from it all.

A lovely house and property rental whether you want to just relax and decompress in the hottub, or go winery hopping or hiking in the many area parks. Ten minutes from Lake Erie! A Lake metro park trail is a quick stroll from the back door but definitely far enough away to allow private relaxation. An extremely clean and charming cottage(comfy beds!)with an attentive, sweet host!

An absolutely beautiful place. Surrounded by nature in the back yard and so very quiet. But still within a short walk to a winery and a very short drive to like a million of them. Watching fireflies from the hot tub while drinking great wine from down the street, sums up the experience. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

It was such a beautiful home with a great property and amazing Vineyard view. We have been to the area before and love all the wineries. To sit on the front porch on a cool morning with a hot cup of coffee and gaze at the fields of vines, is hard to put into words. It was my husband and two puppies on this trip. of room for the dogs. It was very welcoming from the filtered water to the special touches like the seasonal Halloween decorations. The only thing I regret is not booking it longer. We visited Laurentia winery across the street, walked the trail with the dogs (which access is behind the house), and we went to the Autumn Glow festival. Over all wood definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and dog. It was an absolutely perfect place for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. TV was wifi ready and was great to pass the time until we went to our next winery. The outside area and trails were perfect for the dog to run around. My biggest gripe was the ceiling height from the main bedroom to the staircase. I’m not exceptionally tall (6’), but would hit my head if I forgot to duck (although it didn’t take too many times for me to remember). As for location, it’s 5-6 minutes to the restaurants of Madison. There are two wineries within walking distance (Laurentia and Silver Crest). Laurentia has really good food, and Silver Crest was our favorite wines. There are a ton of other wineries in the area as well. This place is in a fantastic location to those, and is easy to get on/off the interstate. I’d highly recommend this place!!!

We had a quick trip back home and this was the perfect place! The house is beautifully updated and has a wonderful yard that our dogs enjoyed very much. The hot tub is fantastic, as is the fireplace in the living room. Renee was a wonderful host and even left goodies for us to enjoy. Highly recommend this house, especially if you are looking for a quiet spot in close proximity to the wineries.

Renee was the perfect hostess. Vineyard View was spotless and very well appointed. We had everything we needed and a special touch of snacks, coffee bar and breakfast items on arrival. The name "Vineyard View" hits the nail on the head! Directly across the street is beautiful Laurentia Vineyard. We loved drinking our morning coffee as we watched the vineyard being cared for. The hot tub was amazing after a day of winery visits, hiking the gorgeous trails directly behind the house and strolling the sandy beaches of Lake Erie. Our puppy loved the stay as well. She was comfortable and loved sitting on the back deck watching bunnies, groundhogs and deer. This was definitely one of our favorites!!! We will be back!

The owner was very friendly and was available for anything we needed! She left a cute welcome note. She even had a few snacks and coffee available. We all really enjoyed the hot tub and the walking trail in the backyard! The location is in the heart of many different wineries! You can walk to two of them from the house. We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect little getaway from Columbus, and we would definitely stay here again! The outdoor & indoor spaces were clean and comfortable. The only thing we felt was missing was extra blankets in the living room, but other than that everything was amazing - there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clearly labeled/explained and the hosts had excellent communication!

The house was very clean and updated! The house was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, soap, towels, etc. The outside area is great and the location of the house is close by to many wineries. Renee was great to work with!

Beautiful house in an outstanding location. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight getaway. This property truly has everything you’d ever want. Communication with Renee was stellar. The views from the hot tub, and all through the house, are idyllic. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay after a day of winery hopping.

It was such a beautiful home with a great property and amazing Vineyard view. We have been to the area before and love all the wineries. To sit on the front porch on a cool morning with a hot cup of coffee and gaze at the fields of vines, is hard to put into words. It was my husband and two puppies on this trip. of room for the dogs. It was very welcoming from the filtered water to the special touches like the seasonal Halloween decorations. The only thing I regret is not booking it longer. We visited Laurentia winery across the street, walked the trail with the dogs (which access is behind the house), and we went to the Autumn Glow festival. Over all wood definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect little getaway from Columbus, and we would definitely stay here again! The outdoor & indoor spaces were clean and comfortable. The only thing we felt was missing was extra blankets in the living room, but other than that everything was amazing - there were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clearly labeled/explained and the hosts had excellent communication!

An absolutely beautiful place. Surrounded by nature in the back yard and so very quiet. But still within a short walk to a winery and a very short drive to like a million of them. Watching fireflies from the hot tub while drinking great wine from down the street, sums up the experience. Thank you! Will definitely be back.
