Luxurious Open Concept Space With Amazing Patio

Overall, the location was wonderful. Very easy to get around, the owners were great at communicating how to get on the property and what they expected, and I loved how quiet and private the neighborhood was. That being said, the actual cleanliness of the property was horrendous. I got there later in the day, very easy check-in and access to the property. Phone service in that area is not great so make sure you have all the information you need before reaching the property. Once inside and settled, I noticed a couple strands of hair hanging from one of the bathroom towels. It went downhill from there. Over the next 24 hours, the amount of hair and blood found in the rental was disturbing. It was all over the walls, ceilings, floors, counters, in the bed, on all of the towels. There was unidentifiable dried stuff on one of the towels and all over the bathroom. I hate to write this, knowing that it's going to negatively affect the VRBO property value but it was terrible. The property and location were wonderful and I would have been so happy to stay there if the place was actually clean.

1.) The location of the neighborhood inconveniently loacted to stores, gas stations, & main roads for highway access.2.) The rental quarter is located in the back of the home: clean, well-kept w/a comfortable bed and space heaters. No TV in bedroom3.) Caution to those with physical disabilities: You have to enter the quarters by walking down a slight slope into the backyard. If there has been inclement weather, you may slip before reaching the step stones 40-60ft away. Unfortunately, the path is dark bc the path's solar lights were inoperable. If you're on the shorter side, you may have difficulty reaching over the fence to unlatch the hook. Lastly, you will hear the steps of family walk around, which can be bothersome to light sleepers.Aside from those discrepancies--its an enjoyable place to reside for short trips
