My family and I have been vacationing to Palm Springs for over 30 years. Of all the hotels and houses we have rented this one has been the best by far. Great location, amenities, cleanliness, and the best view from a backyard we have seen. The prosperity mangers are very responsive and even brought us free snacks and treats. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!

Loved, loved, loved this property. It looked just like the pictures. We chose this house for the mid century modern design, so we could have a true Palm Springs experience. Each bedroom is a good size and has a king size bed. The bathrooms were so cute. Like other reviews stated, my kids did have some trouble taking a shower in the main bathroom. Thankfully, the freestanding tub is surrounded by tile. The kitchen is updated and we were surprised by the high end appliances. The backyard is big and surrounded with tall bushes that make it very private. We swam everyday in the large pool. My kids even worked on their diving in the deep end. It's summer, so no heat was necessary for the pool. We also tried out the Jacuzzi. Bonus, it's always heated, so no extra charge for that. It was a little nerve wracking having to keep everyone quiet outside the whole time, but that's a city rule that you have to deal with everywhere. The management company stopped by with snacks on the second day, which was very much appreciated. There is a binder at the door that tells you pretty much everything thing that you need know. Lawn and pool service were there throughout the week. The binder lists which days they'll be there. This house was so comfortable and had such a fun vibe. It's very close to downtown Pam Springs, and if we ever have the opportunity to visit again, I would definitely book this property. Thanks for thinking of everything!

Very beautiful, clean and comfortable property. Big comfort king beds in each room. House had everything we needed, and more! Private backyard oasis with beautiful and clean pool! Palm Springs vibe flowing throughout home! Loved the extra attention to detail, leaving laundry detergent for guests. The owners also had treats delivered during our stay, so yummy! Only thing I recommend to change is the guest tub, kind of high to get in and out. Other than that, beautiful property! Would stay again!

This Palm Springs home was wonderful! Came here for girls' weekend with a group of six, and all of us just loved this place and couldn’t wait to plan another trip here! The photos don’t do it justice - the decor is lovely and high-end but also fun and unique, the pool, hot tub and all the outdoor furnishings were great, the beds were really comfy, the linens and towels soft and luxurious, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need, and every detail had been thought of. The management company were very helpful and easy to deal with and even brought us some gifts for our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We all came in for a girls weekend and the house was so comfortable and welcoming. We had the best time! We had to communicate with the hosts a couple times and they always answered quickly. We definitely will be back!
