Check in was simple with keyless pad and instructions given a few days before. Internet was simple. Very spacious and great for a family with kids. A plug connector was missing and the owner ordered one ASAP and it was there the next morning. Very attentive. The game room was a major hit for kids and adults. Nice use of that space. The coffee station was lovely as well. Kids like hot chocolate and I, the coffee each morning. We sat in the screened porch and relaxed. Only suggestion would be that the owner supply bathroom towels. We flew in from GA and didn’t have a full set of towels. We did take up luggage space with beach towels. We had to go buy such. We gave them to family members who drove. That was an expense I would’ve preferred not to have. All rentals I have had provided both bathroom and beach towels. I would rate it perfect otherwise.

Very good experience. The property is very well equipped and maintained. Great location, very convenient to Bethany Beach where our other friends and relatives were staying. We would definitely consider renting this property again The manager did a great job of preparing us for the stay and following up after our arrival.

House was beautiful, clean, and had everything you needed. There were games to play when in rained. Rooms were spacious, lots of seating. 3 bathrooms. Great parking and easy access to the beach! Would definitely recommend!!

The house is in great condition. It’s in a quiet location and close to Bethany. Communication with the property manager was excellent.
