Location was fantastic. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Watching the dolphins in the morning was an exciting suprise. The gated community also made you feel safe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and comfortable. We cooked around the kitchen island almost every night bc it was so fun to gather together there. We ate outside on the back deck looking out over the bay side. We read books on the downstairs deck with the comfortable Adirondack chairs. The beautiful white sand beach was within walking distance. we had many wonderful walks to the beach and coffee shop. We played pickle ball and enjoyed family time at the private swimming pool.

The beds were a bit firm, just in case that's an issue. It was very clean and smelled clean when you came in. It's very peaceful. The pool and tennis courts need some repair but the pool was just across from the house. Blue Moon has GREAT customer service and resolved a request we made within an hour. They are really on top of things to make sure you have a wonderful stay. I recommend this home for anyone coming to the Navarre Beach area.

We were a group of five adults on a friends trip and the place was perfect. We preferred spending time at the sound versus the ocean due to rip tide/choppy water. There is not direct sound access but a quick drive to an access point. The house does not provide beach towels but we picked up everything we needed at the grocery store. The pool and hot tub area was run down but functioning. The neighbors were friendly and have great recommendations. The kitchen is stocked with cooking ware, dishwasher soap, and even 2 packs of laundry detergent.The outdoor shower was not working during our stay. Plenty of food options and love music playing close by.

Relaxing, peaceful, Safe ,Quite neighborhood with beautiful views. Property is very clean and nicely furnished.
