The apartment is beautiful, down to the materials and fixtures chosen. The kitchen and bathroom countertop heights are a dream for anyone over 6 feet. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

The design was nice. Had a lot of nods to the UK where I was a couple of weeks ago. The bunk room is super tiny and the mattresses are extremely firm. There was plenty of coffee and bathroom supplies! Thank you!

This was an extremely nice little historic loft on the Neosho square. I was looking for a place I could work from, and the included desk and monitor (1920x1200 24ish inch) was an excellent addition beyond normal hotel offerings. The available kitchen, dishwasher, and washer dryer made this a top notch stay for trying to get some work done, eat or reheat takeout, and get some travel chores done like some laundry. Little additions like a real sound bar with subwoofer for the TV was an extra perk. I would book this again if available over any hotel suite I have stayed in. Also, as a tall person, I really appreciated the high shower head! Honestly, the only downsides are that it's a walk up, and being a historic building the real wood floors are kind of creaky and can be quite loud at night, so be aware of those if you're a light sleeper paired with an early riser :)

The property was beautiful. i loved everything, however there should have been a smoke detector in the living room and bedroom. I also visited the dessert place downstairs. I would recommend this apartment to anyone able to climb the 21 stairs. Thank you for your attention to detail.

First...the place was awesome, loved the apartment. Very nice, really neat, and in a cool area. In town for a baseball tournament, this was much better than a hotel room, and the price was better. Only a couple of hiccups one was a typo in the email about checking in, which was no big deal...had to wait at the door for about 10 min to get in. The biggest concern, which has nothing to do with the stay or the room...when we were leaving (checking out) found that our vehicle had been hit by a hit and run driver the previous night...moderate damage to our vehicle so had to file a police report etc etc. But all in all this was a FANTASTIC place to stay!

The studio apartment was just as pictured and explained in the listing. It had plenty of room for my daughter and I and would have been fine. Had my husband and boys come along as well. The full kitchen was stocked. Plenty enough for our needs. There wasn't anything lacking. The bed was extremely comfortable. My daughter's super appreciated the fact that an ice cream and sweet shop was directly below us and open until 10:00 p.m. We did not intend, but ended up staying the weekend of the fall festival and had festivities right outside our door all day Saturday. It was perfect.

Nice location. Steep stairs getting up to the apartment. I don’t remember the listing mentioning that. It was not stocked very well. Not much in the way of coffee and no spare toilet tissue. But the apartment was very nice and comfortable

I was lucky enough to find this cute gem and how amazing!! Everything was immaculate..as a solo female traveler I felt 100% safe, and omg the bed was so comfortable. If I find myself in Neosho again I hope for an availability!!

Perfect stay! The Contemporary apartment on the square was wonderful. My family had the perfect stay in this beautiful apartment which is located right on the square in downtown Neosho. Check in was easy and Ben was a great host! The space was clean, nicely decorated, and had an awesome vibe. We were walking distance to lots of great restaurants and we had a nice view of the square. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We came to Neosho to celebrate a special moment with our daughter and son-in-love and this was the perfect place. It is well appointed, clean and very cozy. Ben is a great host. He was very attentive and accommodating to requests. The property is right on the town square which is a quaint slice of Americana. if you stay there, you have to go to Sam’s cellar just one block away and A-Ray's desserts, which is conveniently located just below the property. Would absolutely stay there again.

I gifted my daughter a trip away. I had been at this studio apartment one time before with my husband and knew she would love it. The place is just the cutest and you couldn’t ask for a better location right on the square. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, dessert places and boutiques.

Perfect stay! The Contemporary apartment on the square was wonderful. My family had the perfect stay in this beautiful apartment which is located right on the square in downtown Neosho. Check in was easy and Ben was a great host! The space was clean, nicely decorated, and had an awesome vibe. We were walking distance to lots of great restaurants and we had a nice view of the square. We would love to stay here again in the future!

I gifted my daughter a trip away. I had been at this studio apartment one time before with my husband and knew she would love it. The place is just the cutest and you couldn’t ask for a better location right on the square. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, dessert places and boutiques.

This was an extremely nice little historic loft on the Neosho square. I was looking for a place I could work from, and the included desk and monitor (1920x1200 24ish inch) was an excellent addition beyond normal hotel offerings. The available kitchen, dishwasher, and washer dryer made this a top notch stay for trying to get some work done, eat or reheat takeout, and get some travel chores done like some laundry. Little additions like a real sound bar with subwoofer for the TV was an extra perk. I would book this again if available over any hotel suite I have stayed in. Also, as a tall person, I really appreciated the high shower head! Honestly, the only downsides are that it's a walk up, and being a historic building the real wood floors are kind of creaky and can be quite loud at night, so be aware of those if you're a light sleeper paired with an early riser :)

This place is simply AMAZING, You think this place is great in pictures, wait till u see it in person. The host is awesome and very professional, He help with all our needs, ,the town has alot to do and alot attractions and very close to a big metro city, btw the little dessert shop right below has a delightful sort of items. If u book, definitely check it out, and all the people were very friendly, ill definitely will have to book again if i decided to vacation again, thank you, 5 stars all the way around

We came to Neosho to celebrate a special moment with our daughter and son-in-love and this was the perfect place. It is well appointed, clean and very cozy. Ben is a great host. He was very attentive and accommodating to requests. The property is right on the town square which is a quaint slice of Americana. if you stay there, you have to go to Sam’s cellar just one block away and A-Ray's desserts, which is conveniently located just below the property. Would absolutely stay there again.

The studio apartment was just as pictured and explained in the listing. It had plenty of room for my daughter and I and would have been fine. Had my husband and boys come along as well. The full kitchen was stocked. Plenty enough for our needs. There wasn't anything lacking. The bed was extremely comfortable. My daughter's super appreciated the fact that an ice cream and sweet shop was directly below us and open until 10:00 p.m. We did not intend, but ended up staying the weekend of the fall festival and had festivities right outside our door all day Saturday. It was perfect.

This property is just as described and a perfect location. Coffee and cake at A Ray's, just down stairs! And a lovely park just a couple of blocks away. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. Nice furniture, nice bed, everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend.
