Spacious 3 Br Home w/ Pool- 1 mile walk to beach

This place was so beautiful! Hosts were kind and helpful. The place had very many helpful items to use on vacation.

My husband and I loved this house. We were supposed to have more family joining us, but it didn’t happen. Still, it’s perfect for only two. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. It’s close to so many things. Highly recommend walking to Nokomos Sunset Hut to catch the sunset and have a margarita and grouper tacos. A great assortment of bikes to cruise around on. This is a wonderful house to relax in after a busy day at the beach or shopping, or reading a book and listening to the waterfall in the pool. Owners are great and attentive to any questions. Book it, you won’t regret it.

This was our 2nd time staying at Grant and Kim's home and we definitely hope it is not our last!! It's beautiful inside and out with a wonderful pool/spa area that is amazing and so relaxing. The neighborhood is great to walk. There are lots of dog walkers and the neighborhood people are very friendly. It's a wonderful location for restaurants, stores and the beach. If there is a problem Grant and Kim are on it immediately. The hot tub heater went out during our stay. We notified Grant and Kim and they had a repairman out the next day and all was well. They are the perfect hosts with the perfect home in the perfect location!!

Three bed two bath beautiful home in quiet area. Nice secluded screened in pool. Lot of outdoor area seating Fire pit- grill. Awesome Master suite-Great Kitchen-5 stars
