Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this property was great. The house was clean, in a great neighborhood, spacious, everything we could have ask for and more. Anytime i had questions, help was a phone call or text away. I highly recommend this property!

The house had plenty of room and was as advertised. It's located in a nice neighborhood convenient to the D.C. attractions. That being said, it's proximity to the highway made it a bit loud. The house is showing signs of wear and could use some upgrades. The towels were just average and we could have used a few more. All the kitchen drawers and cabinets had crumbs, and the pots and pans had food stuck to them. We have food allergies in our family so we had to scrub everything before using. Lastly, there was a very dried piece of spaghetti stuck to the kitchen ceiling that we scraped off. Overall, we had a nice stay and I would recommend staying here for its size and location.

Great location, beautiful and spacious home, about 15 minutes from all the museum and monuments. I never received my 2 day check in instructions but the host was quick to respond, friendly and super helpful.
