Outpost: Town Square Lodge 11 - Close to Town Square

The unit was in a fantastic location for access to all of downtown Jackson. The rooms were a bit dated but fine for our stay. Some repair issues were noted to management. Inoperable ceiling fan in one room, air conditioning only in main room not bedrooms and did not function well. Screens missing or torn in some windows. En-suite bathroom for one room, the other room had bathroom access across the unit next to the front door. At least one outlet for plugs in bedroom was not functioning. We did appreciate the kitchen area. Coffee maker is drip pot only.

This was the best place we could find for multiple rooms and kitchenette in town in Jackson and walkable to the square and other things.The outside was a bit run down, so hopefully they will clean up the landscaping. But overall the inside was clean. This is an old renovated hotel, so expect small bathrooms. The overhead lighting was challenging since it was two former hotel rooms put together, but they also had lamps.Windows didn't all have bug screens to enjoy fresh air. It's a noisy part of town, so bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper.Be warned, the property management company is an over communicator. Like you have no idea! So. Many. Messages. Emails, texts, upsells, follow-ups, it was wild.

Great location in downtown Jackson- easy to walk around town. Clean and well maintained accommodations.
