Luxury House | AMAZING sea views |Indoor Pool |8 En-suite bedrooms |Pub & Beach

The property was exactly as described. We were a family of 10 with 6 additional family members joining for the odd night during the week. There was ample room for everybody. The house is beautifully appointed with all the basics we needed. We would love to return one day. The pool was a huge success with the children. The local pub is an easy walk. The small pretty beach and coastal walk are only slightly further on but they are a more strenuous walk due to the steps and hills required to access them. This should not deter any normally fit person. The views from the house are gorgeous especially when the sun hits the sea. I can’t overstate the beauty of the place. The owner is responsive and proud of his property which is why it’s so well cared for. Access to the property is a Devonshire country lane which comes with challenges but careful drivers will not have a problem. A mirror on the opposite side of the road at the entrance would be my only suggestion for improvement. We loved it. Thanks you to the owners for allowing us to stay.

What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again .

Nestled in a picturesque setting, the house boasts fabulous views that added to the festive ambiance. The nearby pub was a delightful spot with fabulous food. During the day, we explored the surrounding area through great walks, which revealed the stunning natural beauty of Torquay. The house itself was beautifully, creating a cheerful and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, our Christmas at Maidensea House was a memorable experience. The combination of great hosts, a fabulous location, and the charming nearby pub made for a stay that exceeded all our expectations. We left with wonderful memories. We had an excellent weekend helped by the weather and also the facilities that the property offered. Even if it had rained the use of the heated pool, cinema room and the games room would still have gone down well. Our only small moan would be that my wife found it difficult to get out of the lounge settees. Would definitely recommend it to others.

The stay was really nice. Te property was amazing with delightful views. The location was amazing with nice local pubs and the most amazing coastal walks. The whole family had a great time and even when it rained we were able to make use of the cinema and games room, meaning that every day was a full on holiday day. We would highly recommend this location and property to others family who want to enjoy a fabulous holiday on the south coast.
