This was the perfect vacation retreat! We went to antique shops and an antique show in Scottsdale AZ. Perfect location to all the places we wanted to visit. There were great restaurants (the brisket at the restaurant in the Marcant Square Antiques and Brekky Brunch restaurant were fantastic). The house had everything you need from pots, plates, coffee mugs, coffee maker (the most important), towels, and wonderful sheets. The beds were extremely comfortable. We all slept great. We had someone on oxygen and there were multiple plugs, they could enjoy the game room with us as well as the kitchen or living room. The outside was just an extension of the home. It had an TV outside. Comfortable chairs. The hot tub was wonderful at the end of the day. The pool was extremely clean and great to put our feet in (the pool was not heated so we dipped toes in and then went hot tubbing. Great!) This was home away from home! We would highly recommend and there is plenty of room. The master room in particular is spacious! The host was responsive with every question and check in was super easy. The flamingo house has a guest book that you can read guests comments and then write your own. Great touches! We loved our stay!

Immaculate, attention to detail, ease of entire process. This home covers all bases! Safe, quiet neighborhood. Excellent layout and all the amenities! We honestly hated to leave. Loved tvs in most rooms and outdoors. So nice the hot tub was heated without charge. The shuffleboard table was so much fun. The home was so welcoming. We arrived very late and the lights were on in every room for our arrival. Such a fantastic experience, we can’t recommend this property enough!!

We spent a week at the flamingo house and enjoyed poolside meals, as well as pool and hot tub time on the regular! We took advantage of the indoor games as well and slept so comfortably in the primary bedroom! For this cook, having a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful bar with wine fridge included was an extra added bonus! The outdoor living spaces were so comfortable and we enjoyed evenings in the gazebo and on the patio. We will definitely be back!

The house is very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is especially well-stocked with condiments and spices - one of the top two I have ever encountered in a VRBO. The yard is terrific, with separate areas for the hot tub and fire pit and plenty of seating around the pool. (Note that the pool is not heated.) We spent a very relaxing week there and would not hesitate to rent it again the next time we’re in the area.

This is a wonderful property. The amenities were great. Hot tub, pool, fire table, a shuffle board, dart board and tv’s in almost every room. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. The attention to detail made this a place that was very comfortable and felt like home. The beds were also very comfortable. A definite 5 star

Very well taken care of property. The backyard area, pool and fire pit, were fantastic! Only minor thing I could mention would be some of the food left from previous guests, one item was old butter left on a butter dish that was rancid. That was a minor item, as the home if truly a gem. Hopefully, we can rent this property again in the future. Thank you!

We were there as a girl's weekend of high school friends. The house was perfect for us. It was absolutely spotless and well stocked with everything. We cooked and did not have to buy anything except the food. They even had a good supply of spices. There is both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The backyard is lovely with multiple sitting areas and chair types. It's January so we took full advantage of the fire pit and hot tub. The pool was lovely but we didn't go in. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe with sidewalks for walking. The hosts were very nice and communicated well. No complaints at all, I would rent here again.

Great location for golf. surrounded by several nice courses. Nice kitchen and grill area. Plenty of outdoor area to sit after soaking old bones in the hot tub, including an outdoor fireplace. Quiet neighborhood.

It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Home was clean and well kept. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and major highways. The pool was great to cool off in as the temperatures were 115+ all week. Would definitely stay again!!

My cousins and I had an enjoyable time during our 4-night stay. The home was immaculate, spacious and welcoming. This place is awesome. The weather was cold - so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool… but the area out back was SO nice. The house is great. Great kitchen. Fun shuffleboard and darts. Huge TVs. It was all great and REALLY nice. The beds were comfortable. Location was less than 5 minutes from our meeting location. LOVED it. You won’t be disappointed with this. The host communicated well and offered to help with anything we needed - but we already had everything we needed for a great stay.

This is a great spacious home with lots of fun to be had. We enjoyed the game room and open concept that was perfect for our family. The back yard space is great either pool and hot tub, lots of seating to sit and enjoy the sun!

Immaculate, attention to detail, ease of entire process. This home covers all bases! Safe, quiet neighborhood. Excellent layout and all the amenities! We honestly hated to leave. Loved tvs in most rooms and outdoors. So nice the hot tub was heated without charge. The shuffleboard table was so much fun. The home was so welcoming. We arrived very late and the lights were on in every room for our arrival. Such a fantastic experience, we can’t recommend this property enough!!

What a wonderful home. The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. Nice neighborhood. It looks like the pictures on the listing. The owners were super about communicating, for check-in and during the stay to make sure everything went as it should. I think we found our Arizona getaway. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great communication with Jesse. He texted when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. The house is wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. It is close to shopping, golf and not far from sporting events. We enjoyed our week in the sun!

Amazing property perfect for celebrating my 60th and my Moms 87th! We did have a day without hot water due to water tank issue but property manager was quick to resolve.

House was clean, games were a nice addition, hot tub was nice, pool could have been warmer but otherwise perfect. Prompt communication from homeowner and neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen was complete with everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Great location for golf. surrounded by several nice courses. Nice kitchen and grill area. Plenty of outdoor area to sit after soaking old bones in the hot tub, including an outdoor fireplace. Quiet neighborhood.

We flew in for a wedding with our family. The property is exactly how the pictures show it. The outdoor area was very nice and welcoming, and the house was very well equipped. The location is great and so close to many great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The hot tub was a little bit dirty. Rocks and such at the bottom but overall clean. The pool was wonderful and had floaties to enjoy. The house is well equipped and fun. The shuffle board is a lot of fun. Location is great. The house was clean. The beds were so comfy. We slept really really good. I would stay here without hesitation.
