this is an AMAZING place, within a fantastic complex with every amenity you could ever want. We loved the pools and how close they are, we loved the beach club, the swim up bar, driving golf carts around, eating out on the beach watching the sunset, early morning delightful coffee stop as well as the tours we did! We will be back and hopefully stay here again! The house is clean, comfortable, and has everything we needed. Norman was super helpful and kind. thanks for the great time!

Beautiful views from thia property. Very spacious and safe. Grocery shopped at a local grocery store which had lots of local food and American options as well. We rented gold carts which made it a lot easier to get to get around the resort. The pool at the condo was never crowded. The beach club is also beautiful with ocean access and swim up bar. Great service there! Shopped at Jaco beach strip, lots of shops and restaurants, amazing. We did encounter lots of traffic going to a few places, allow extra time for getting place to place. Local farmers markets fruits and veggies were delicious! Great trip highly recommend this area and property!

We stayed at Norman's wonderful condo four nights in late June/early July. Los Suenos is a delightful community. We used Norman's golf cart and rented a second for our family of 8. We used the golf cart to get some necessities at the store but mostly ate dinner out at the many restaurants nearby. On site there are several restaurants at the Marriot or the Marina (both about 1 mile away by road. Off property (about 1/2 mile - walkable) are several other restaurants (Coco's and several others including a soda). The beach club is amazing with a swim up bar and a soccer field nearby where we played and saw Macaws. Norman responded quickly to anything we asked. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay there.

The condo was great. Top floor. Amazing view. Clean. Well equipped. We literally had everything we needed. The owner Norman was on point with communication. Answered questions quickly and ensured that our access to the condo and resort was trouble free. The complex is gated with a security person controlling entry. We felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this property. It was right inside the entrance to Los Suenos and a very short drive to the beach club, several restaurants and the marina. We saw monkeys, a sloth and scarlet macaws right on property. The pools were pristine and the view from this condo is extraordinary. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Norman condo was perfect for our group. It’s was very clean, well appointed, comfortable, and close to everything! Having the golf cart allowed us to get around town easily as well. We even used Normans recommended driver for transfers. Great place to stay with all of the amenities ! We will be back

We loved the place from the moment we walked it. Well maintained, very clean and quiet! The view was amazing and the sunsets are a must see. The host was outstanding! Excellent communication, clear and transparent. The complex was impeccable. We would definitely be recommending this place to other friends and family.

We loved our visit and Norman's condo. It was clean and exactly as shown in pictures. It was stocked with everything we needed, we just bought our own food and spices. The golf cart made everything more fun! Los Suenos is our favorite place to totally relax and unwind, and this condo was amazing.

We loved the condo in Herradura. Norman was available to call and help us through a minor suitcase lock emergency. Everything was quite clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to run a few loads. Each morning, we sat on the balcony to enjoy our coffee, tea, and gorgeous view of the bay. Having the pass for the Beach Club was wonderful. We would love to stay here again.

This condo was immaculate, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The furniture is comfortable and the decor looks professionally done. Our favorite parts were sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning, and watching the spectacular sunsets in the evening. Very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed having the use of the golf cart and the pass to the beach club. The entire property is clean and well-maintained. We ate at HookedUp, very good; and Al Fresco at the beach club, also good. The owner answered all our questions promptly, and gave clear, specific info regarding check-in. (Note, this condo is on the third floor and there isn't an elevator.) We had a wonderful time and hope to return for a longer stay!

We had a wonderful time at Norman’s condo. We absolutely loved the location, beach club and Los Sueños resort. There was tons to do close to condo. I was traveling with my husband and 3 daughters. Everyone had their own space and having laundry in the condo was so helpful. Norman was a wonderful communicator and gave great recommendations.

Great stay at Norman’s rental. He was excellent with the communication. The property has a great view, you can hear the ocean in the distance and plenty of birds flying around. Super close to Herradura and the marina.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much the kids want to move here! Norman was the absolute best! He was very informative and involved from days leading up to our arrival and thru out the trip to make sure we were good! Made us feel right at home and gave us amazing and perfect recommendations. The property is in Los Suenos. A beautiful golf community. We would take a golf cart to Coco’s restaurant (highly recommend) or it was a 3 Uber ride. Irene works with the owner and met us at the property. Irene was wonderful and always available to answer questions.

Del Mar 3E was perfect for our family trip to Costa Rica!!! Clean property, immaculate grounds, fantastic views, and access to the Beach Club!!! Norman is a very gracious and responsive host...I HIGHLY recommend this property. Easy access to everything around Los Suenos.

The condo was great. Top floor. Amazing view. Clean. Well equipped. We literally had everything we needed. The owner Norman was on point with communication. Answered questions quickly and ensured that our access to the condo and resort was trouble free. The complex is gated with a security person controlling entry. We felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it was perfect. The views and location were stunning. We definitely will return. Our host, Norman, answered all questions and provided great recommendations for tours, drivers and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at Norman’s condo. We absolutely loved the location, beach club and Los Sueños resort. There was tons to do close to condo. I was traveling with my husband and 3 daughters. Everyone had their own space and having laundry in the condo was so helpful. Norman was a wonderful communicator and gave great recommendations.

Beautiful views from thia property. Very spacious and safe. Grocery shopped at a local grocery store which had lots of local food and American options as well. We rented gold carts which made it a lot easier to get to get around the resort. The pool at the condo was never crowded. The beach club is also beautiful with ocean access and swim up bar. Great service there! Shopped at Jaco beach strip, lots of shops and restaurants, amazing. We did encounter lots of traffic going to a few places, allow extra time for getting place to place. Local farmers markets fruits and veggies were delicious! Great trip highly recommend this area and property!

We stayed at Norman's wonderful condo four nights in late June/early July. Los Suenos is a delightful community. We used Norman's golf cart and rented a second for our family of 8. My family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this property. It was right inside the entrance to Los Suenos and a very short drive to the beach club, several restaurants and the marina. We saw monkeys, a sloth and scarlet macaws right on property. The pools were pristine and the view from this condo is extraordinary. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great stay at Norman’s rental. He was excellent with the communication. The property has a great view, you can hear the ocean in the distance and plenty of birds flying around. Super close to Herradura and the marina.

this is an AMAZING place, within a fantastic complex with every amenity you could ever want. We loved the pools and how close they are, we loved the beach club, the swim up bar, driving golf carts around, eating out on the beach watching the sunset, early morning delightful coffee stop as well as the tours we did! We will be back and hopefully stay here again! The house is clean, comfortable, and has everything we needed. Norman was super helpful and kind. thanks for the great time!

We loved the condo in Herradura. Norman was available to call and help us through a minor suitcase lock emergency. Everything was quite clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to run a few loads. Each morning, we sat on the balcony to enjoy our coffee, tea, and gorgeous view of the bay. Having the pass for the Beach Club was wonderful. We would love to stay here again.

Everything was listed just as it is with beautiful views!! We did rent a golf cart as many things are further away to walk, also didn’t have beach access from our room but, the beach club was great and had beach access. Food was good and fishing with Dream Girl was incredible! Norman was easy to work with and gave us great resources around the area.Already booked again for next year!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The home was very family-friendly and had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our trip. The location was perfect and close to everything but still relaxing and peaceful.The listing was very accurate, and the property looked exactly like the photos and description. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had a question, which made the whole experience even smoother.Overall, it was a great place to stay and a fantastic base for our vacation.
