House was prefect for us! Not much “beach” but mostly sandy bottom for water fun. Definitely would be difficult to enjoy the water if significant physical limitations but great for our group ages 12-49.House was well stocked and had everything we needed. Only differences from the listing were 1) no bunk bed at the time we were there (just a full size bed in that room) and 2) 2nd fridge/freezer (outdoor) not plugged in/working.We had a significant weather related event while there that required lots of communication with the owners. They were incredibly receptive and kind!!Would absolutely recommend/stay again!

Our stay was perfect; the house was tidy, the kitchen was stocked, there were plenty of linens and a washer/dryer was available. The view of the lake from the upstairs windows was perfect for morning coffee and the sunrise.

We had a great time gathering as 4 families. The home had ample bedrooms (beds were comfy) and lots of room inside to eat, hang out and play games. The location in the summer would be lovely as it’s right on the beach but even in the winter the kids had fun at the park and on the beach with all of the ice.
