Nice small older home

First, I want to say how much we enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The hosts were very nice and promptly answered any questions we had. The house was spacious and very clean. Our one complaint is that the grass was not cut before or during our week long stay, which did not look nice, but more importantly it impacted our enjoyment of eating outside, playing badminton and prevented us from having a night time fire, due to dealing with the ticks that we all had on us and our dog, hence the reason I took away one star.

Perfect spot for a Long Island getaway for the family! Lovely house right scross the street from the water. Beautiful views, lots of sunlight. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Very well equipped kitchen. House had great layout although the living room area was a bitchilly so needed to use and buy our own wood for the wood stove. Appreciate it being dog friendly. Very quiet and pretty spot for a winter visit.

Great open living space with a lot of outdoor areas for hanging out, lots of great accommodations like grills and fire pit. Easy access to the beach makes this place feel elevated.
