Host was very responsive to questions. House is clean and cozy. The location was very convenient for us. We visited Market Square in downtown Knoxville and also Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies in Gatlinburg and public parks in Fountain City.

This was a very comfy house for our group of 6 adults. House was clean and homey feeling. The host was very receptive to communication and easy check-in and out. Good location if attending Vols game as it wasn’t too far away from Neyland Stadium. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Knoxville.

We stayed here because the location was between Lake Norris and Dollywood. The house is located in a small, safe neighborhood. It is just as described and looks just like the photos. The check-in process was very easy, and Robb was proactive with information. We had no issues while there.If we returned to this area, we would definitely consider renting this property again.
